I won't normally write reviews and definitely felt to leave a review after the recent experience. Ordering a take out food on the way home is a disaster especially when it's first time at a restaurant. Mutton Biryani is extremely very spicy to it's level that adults can't eat and whats the point in asking for spice level and also the quality of mutton is too bad . We're very disappointed and when kids were hungry we had to look for other options!

Paneer 65 was okay since lacked onion and capsicum. But biryani reminded me the quality and taste back home in India. Extremely soft meat, good quality rice, right amount spices and good raita. The waitress suggested to order mild since medium would be spicy for us. Only drawback is that they ask party of 2 in weird sofa and chair combo only. They need to relook at it. Coffee was okay. It wasnt filter coffee listed in menu but tasted normal instant coffee.

Today was the second time we ate here and the experience was great. The wait staff was helpful explaining dishes and making recommendations with which we were very pleased. The food here tends to be spicy ... I love spicy hot cuisines and just the 'medium' here was perfect for me. My wife is pretty tolerant of spice, too, though not as much as me, and a few milder dishes along with the medium spicy ones were a good balance for her. Portions here are quite generous, but most dishes do very well as leftovers, so we ordered several dishes for the variety, and knowing we'd take home a lot more food than we'd eat at the restaurant. I've never been to India, but I had the sense that the dishes were not 'Amerianized'. Very flavorful; many of the other diners appeared to be Indian and were obviously enjoying their meals. One fairly large room, clean and bright, but nothing particularly special. We had a wonderful meal, and will be enjoying leftovers for most of the weekk!

After much anticipation for the last few months we finally got a chance to dine at Kritunga. Generally good location and atmosphere. The food was served relatively quickly.I would like to point out that we ordered some dishes and we were told the spice level was mild to medium (lvl-5). However, in reality those dishes were very.. very spicy. I would be very careful when they say "lvl-5" :)The Masala dosa was not hot and the sambhar was cold. Seemed like the the coconut chutney was served directly from the freezer... when we told this to the server, all he did was nodded his head, but never replaced it with a fresh dosa plate!!Their service was average. When cleaning and picking up dirty dishes from the adjacent tables the staff was throwing plates and silverware their bin and making a racket and a lot of noise (as if they were removing their frustration) ignoring other patrons dining around them. We found that very annoying and disrespectful. It seems they only cater to a certain section of their community who can tolerate that level of spice in the food making it difficult for others to come back after tying their food once.In conclusion, I liked their food, however with the level of spice and service would not go back a 2nd time unless they make some drastic changes. Thank you.

Starters were too good. We ordered chicken tandoori, crispy corn, peanut masala, chicken Manchurian. In main course we ordered kadhai paneer with butter nan and chicken biryani which were very delicious.Kid-friendliness: The restaurant is spacious, so kids can play around and has 3 neat and clean restrooms.

what a delight! From the moment I stepped in, the aroma of spices danced around me, promising an authentic Indian culinary journey. Each bite was a symphony of flavors, perfectly balanced and true to desi taste. The staff's warm hospitality added to the experience. Highly recommend for a taste of home away from home! 5 stars!"

When the restaurant was opened, we tried First time and the food was super spicy. We also left feedback to the staff about it where they waived off the bill. We visited second time in Dec and liked the way they improved at their spice level. We visited again last weekend and wanted to give a shout out and the efforts that this place has been doing…We always felt the freshness in the food, staff is responsive, spice level is nice exactly the mild level spice with the rich flavor. We started our dinner with flavorful paya soup, ordered crispy corn which is my absolute new favorite at this restaurant, Mushroom pepper fry at perfect crisp and tender inside. Chicken cheekulu are just juicy. The staff recommended kritunga biryani which is a must try, you can feel the freshness in the rice with right spice. We ended our date night with yummiest dessert. My husband and I finished the entire food. We liked the way that they customized our food at our spice level. Will visit again with our friends and family.I would recommend this place if anyone were looking to try new Indian restaurant with a pleasant ambience.
