Lou Malnati's Pizzeria

Terrible service, the people on the afternoon shift are really bad at their jobs. They don't seem to train these kids who work here. They're rude, they take forever with the orders, I waited more than 30 minutes for my order and it still wasn't ready. Honestly, terrible service.

Placed an order at 5:31 for 6:30 pick up for one pizza and one salad it’s 6:44 and I am losing hope.

Most incompetent lou malnati's I've ever been to. Staff is clueless, never any management there, and you'll be lucky if they don't start making your food after your order is supposed to be ready. Go to the one in Palatine on Northwest Hwy instead and close this dump down.

I frequent here and food has always been top notch. I had a little mishap with one of my orders and Will the manager was very apologetic and provided exceptional customer service. Thank you!

I placed an order for pick up of a GLUTEN FREE the Lou. When I arrived they made me a salad as well, very nice people. Pizza was perfect, very flavorful and the salad was fresh and delish with the garlic dressing (favorite). My go to place.

This location is the best!! I was royally screwed by a door dash delivery driver and the manager of this location not only remade our whole order but also provided other exceptional customer service as well to help the crappy situation better! The cookies were the best! Thanks so much again!

Calvin really did a great job keeping me updated on my order and even volunteered to bring it out to me at my car which was a nice gesture since he was already busy with doing other stuff in the store. Nice guy, opened the door for me when I came in ( as well as for others). You can’t really teach that kind of service. He’s a natural.
