This location is the best!! I was royally screwed by a door dash delivery driver and the manager of this location not only remade our whole order but also provided other exceptional customer service as well to help the crappy situation better! The cookies were the best! Thanks so much again!

Calvin really did a great job keeping me updated on my order and even volunteered to bring it out to me at my car which was a nice gesture since he was already busy with doing other stuff in the store. Nice guy, opened the door for me when I came in ( as well as for others). You can’t really teach that kind of service. He’s a natural.

I just ordered a pizza delivered from Lou Malnati. I made this a 5 star review, however, this review is being left as a result of a problem I had. I have no complain with this Lou Malnati's location, but my problem was with the delivery. The delivery was handled by Doordash and my driver was Viktoriia K. and when I received the pizza, it was destroyed. It looked like it had been shipped vertically and the box was soaked with tomato sauce and all the toppings were mashed to one side of the pizza. Since the delivery was handled through Doordash and ordered from the Lou Malnati's website, I don't know if it's even possible for me to file a complaint, but it's a major problem if pizzas are being delivered like this.

I have always loved a Lou's deep dish, but the Hoffman location is particularly exceptional. Their staff are incredible, friendly and helpful, their drivers are fast and efficient, and the food always arrives piping hot and ready to eat. 10/10 recommend, make sure you get the buttercrust and an order of buffalou wings.

5 stars: There was a delivery issue with my wife's order via some delivery app. We called to let them know we didn't receive the order. They were professional. They were understanding. The were prompt. They didn't give excuses and they didn't try and pass off the responsibility. The manager on duty, and the staff did a great job. Outstanding.

Picked up some pizza for a party this morning and the guy up front was constantly coughing and rubbing his snot up on his hands. With his snot filled hands he then proceeded to go back to the kitchen. Absolutley appauling. I had similar experiences with the kids they employ at the register.

This is a good place to dine. Pizza is very good in my opinion and that's really the only thing I go there for is for a good pizza
