Don Karnes is the worst assistant manager there is at this place!! I do not recommend this place at all!! He accused my girls of stealing for no reason after we had spent so much money there. They shook a toy machine after the machine stole from them not giving them the toy. Please don't go there!!! He was disrespectful and yelled and accused them for no apparent reason. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IF DON KERNER IS THERE!!!
Amazing place! Love everything about it
I have very bad experience with this place.For 10th birthday on my daughter we was there with 25 guests kids and adults without any space for us,no table no chairs nothing.Me and my wife tried to talk with any person who can decide this problem with organizations on birthday parties,but the staff was very uncooperative with our case .the so called manager came to collect the bill and say "sorry for inconvenience".This is how ended our terrible party.
