It was fun but pizza place only took cash. The atm didn't work and the restaurant was a 45 minute wait with tons of open tables. Service was good at the bar.

Worst bowling alley I’ve ever been to in my life. If you plan on bringing a reactive ball here don’t. If you think about bowling here please go somewhere else. I don’t even think this place even oils their lanes at all. Bring your own oil and just walk across the lane and dump it if you want any chance on these lanes. Poorest conditions I’ve ever bowled on in my life. Genuinely awful, I threw my ball on these lanes 30 times and not a single streak of oil was left on my ball. The most pitiful sorriest lane I’ve truly ever experienced. The workers don’t even know what they’re talking about I asked the guy if they oil the lanes at all and he looked at me like I had no idea what I was talking about and just said “I don’t know” and walked away. So expensive as well for the worst experience I’ve ever had. Paid $75 for 2 hours for myself and left within 30 minutes. Please don’t go here if you want to bowl seriously. This place is meant for kids and people who just want to huck a ball down the middle as fast as they can. If you’re a serious bowler or someone who just wants to bowl on a lane that has any type of care given to it, do yourself a favor and completely ban even the thought of walking in this places door. True garbage.

Brought my son here for the first time is his first experience bowling and he loved it next time we plan on playing laser tag and the other games as well

The only complaint I have is the that the bowling shoes have seen better days. I was here for a company sponsored event and food was catered in so I can't day anything about those topics. We did bowling, laser tag, and arcade games. I saw the gravity ropes but opted out of that. There's tons to do and it was really fun. Oh and bathrooms were clean. There's plenty of parking as well.

We recently provided our photo booth services for an event at Main Event, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The location is perfect for hosting events of any size, with plenty of space, great layout, and a fun atmosphere that keeps guests engaged.

The staff was amazing—friendly, organized, and extremely accommodating. They made setup and coordination effortless, which allowed us to focus on delivering the best possible experience for the guests. Every team member we interacted with was professional and genuinely helpful.

Main Event is truly a fantastic venue for corporate gatherings, parties, and celebrations. Highly recommended.

I had my daughter’s birthday there and paid around $600 plus a $100 deposit for a total of yup you did the math. I was scheduled for 6:30 pm had some manager tell it’s not till 7:30 pm talked to them ok fixed it. I felt like even though I included to have a host it didn’t matter because I had to pretty much end up taking over letting know what to get me as drinks waters really felt like I should’ve not included a host at all. I’ve done it here before for her 10th birthday and then I didn’t have to do anything host took care of everything that was how I expected it to be like and I was disappointed

Diana Feraco is SO AMAZING! So patient, so helpful and really went above and beyond to help us successfully book our party.

We just had my son’s birthday party there and were very disappointed. Our party host didn’t seem to know what was going on and couldn’t answer basic questions. The service overall was poor — I ended up serving the kids their food myself because the host was rarely around. The amount of food included in the package was not enough, especially for the price.

When we tried to get Icees for the kids, we waited over 20 minutes in a line 12 people deep while one employee tried to handle everything alone. When we asked if anyone else could help, he simply said “No.”

Overall, we paid a lot of money for bad service and a party host who didn’t actually host. It made the whole experience stressful. The games were fun and the kids had a great time, but it definitely wasn’t worth the cost. The bathrooms were also a mess.

Was there yesterday for a Friend's kids birthday and the service was really bad.
The irony was it looked like the place was over- staffed but no one was focused on service.
