Took my daughter and her friend on Saturday. We dont go here often but the few times we have gone the bathrooms are completely trashed. No toilet paper, little soap, garbage thrown across the bathroom, Saturday there seemed to be cupcakes and frosting across the stalls/floors, pee all over the toilets, one had fake eye lashes on the pee covered toilet. There were employees in and out but not making moves to clean. Saturday was not the first time ive seen this, and I understand Saturdays are a busy night but there didnt seems to be any effort to cleanup. The eating area by the concession stand also had garbage all over the floors.

A slice of pizza took 45 mins to come out. The place isnt full, employees (looked like in their teens) were just standing around. Better off going to enterium than this place

We had an amazing time at Main Event! From the moment we walked in, everything was well organized, clean, and full of positive energy. The games, bowling, and overall atmosphere made it a perfect place to relax and have fun with family and friends.

A special thank you to Manager Don, who truly made our experience outstanding. He was professional, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. It’s rare to see such hands-on leadership and genuine customer care. Don made us feel valued and taken care of throughout our visit.

Highly recommend Main Event for anyone looking for great entertainment and excellent service. We will definitely be coming back! 🎳✨

If I could give 10 stars I would! My son and I went to Main Event on a packed Sunday bowling, arcade madness, laser tag, the works. Despite the Sunday crowd, the service was nextlevel thanks to Fabian and Tamaya!! They are the real MVPs!! They made my son feel like the day was made just for him!! 🙏

had my sons party here was pretty good, except wished for more tables for adults. pizza wasn't to bad but wasn't the best. make sure to get the goodie bags they are $3.50 but come with $10 worth of playing time and the stuff inside are actually great for kids.

I had a very disappointing experience. I paid the full price for my seat, but after I was already seated, I was asked to move and take another seat because someone else arrived who had booked the one I was using.

What made the situation worse was that the information I received over the phone was completely different from what the manager told me in person. There was clear miscommunication between staff, and I was the one inconvenienced for it.

Very unprofessional management.I would not recommend this place.

The only positive part of the experience was our waitress — she was polite, professional, and tried her best to help.

Service is bad. The entire facility is run by teenagers. Restaurant service is very bad. We’ve held multiple parties here and it’s ran very inefficiently. They force you to eat first then do games, which is backward. You can only stay in the table area for a maximum of 1 hour then they kick you out. There is no place for adults to sit with the kids parties. Food is low quality. This is not a single instance. We’ve also gone to parties here held by other parents and it’s the same story. Many complaints.

Great place to just play arcades and that’s it. Don’t hold a party here and don’t eat at the restaurant. The food isn’t bad but it gets heavily overshadowed by the horrendous service.

DAVE, DAVE, DAVE!!!!!! Manager, Dave, I can’t say enough. I own 2 businesses and spent over a decade in the service and entertainment industry and he has been above and beyond from the moment we met him throughout our whole experience. He’s just; he needs a raise. Thank you for everything, Dave. You are amazing !!!!
