We were here for my cousin's birthday and everything was AWESOME! Layne was our server, who happened to be very patient and attentive! Kammie, the manager was AWESOME as well! She showed genuine concern about making sure we were satisfied with our drinks! The Island Pina Colada was DELICIOUS! Overall, this was a GREAT outing!

Parking: At this location the parking was very plentiful, well lit, and ample handicapped spaces.Kid-friendliness: My family came on a Monday for my grandsons 21st birthday. Not knowing it was also the first Monday of Spring break. There were many children, but this facility had so many options for little ones, pre-teens, teenagers & adults. From the pool tables, zip lining, video games, bowling & excellent food and a good portion for your money. A great place to take the entire family and all will enjoy themselves!Wheelchair accessibility: I do not have a wheelchair, but the spaces between tables can be moved to make more space to allow a wheelchair to get around. I have a walker, I had problems moving back and forward around the facility even in the rest room (which was clean & had a pleasant smell)
Very nice place , very clean , friendly staff they have lazer tag, billiards, bowling, arcade and resturant , I love to come on Monday the have a good deal after 4 pm it's all you can play activities or games for $12.99 . The bowling shoes rent is $4.99 .

Understaff, many of the machines in the arcade not working nor could you find an employee to assist and if you did it would take about 20 min to send someone to help, to get a table it was very unorganized and they forgot about us after two hours, the staff at the counters need to improve their customer service. Shout out tho to Peter and Jamie at the price department! You guys were definitely providing excellent customer service took the time to explain how the events worked and answered any other questions we had!Parking: Careful when walking out you might step on vomit!

Pizza and nachos were horrible. Be sure to tell your guests that they only have one hour when you buy unlimited bowling. Food service was friendly and prompt. Best part of the night was shuffleboard.
