Rachel and Greg are extremely unprofessional and hung up on me twice when I tried to make a report about an unpleasant experience I had here a few days ago. Rachel claimed to be the director of operations and laughed at me. These are the people hired here?? Do yourselves a favour and never go to a May’s Lounge.

Called 3 times on Friday august 18th between 5pm-5:15pm to see how busy it was so I wouldn’t waste a trip going there if all machines were full. Nobody answered the phone. Ridiculous. I ended up going to a different gaming lounge. I can see how much the employees care about customer service!

Machines never pay out when I'm here...and they never have enough money in store for promotion
When it first opened in Hickory Hills May's was very friendly, but it has gone DOWNHILL. Me and my wife both had a $10 match play but was told they didn't have money there to have us. so we lost the $20. There are over 100 gaming place need so we will go else where
