This place service is horrible and they take a really long time to actually make the food. people are rude and unprofessional. inshouldt wait over 20 mins for food in an empty resturants. THE LEADERSHIP TERRIBLE. It would also be helpful if you could actually understand hate being said. 0 out of 5
Exceptional customer service!!! I sat in the drive through at the McDonald’s in Hoffman Estates, IL on Higgins rd and the sales associate took three cars before me so I went inside to place my order and make a complaint. Well as I explained to the manager what happened she was very apologetic about my experience.keep in mind I was upset but I kept my cool and she took my order and basically gave me my food for free.
