Was here only once, but food was nice and hot and fresh, can't say that lately for all mc Donald's locations. Order a double quarter pounder meal. Had to wait awhile for my order,but the worker bringing my food out was friendly. Overall good experience here.

Terrible experience. We specifically asked for fresh fish fillets, and what we received was cold, stale, and completely unacceptable. It’s clear there’s a serious lack of care or quality control. What is actually going on in this place? Absolutely awful. Would not recommend.

Super close to Alexian Brothers Hospital. This is the first McDonald's drive-thru that has 3 windows. First window you pay, second window serves the drinks, and the third window does the food. The staff was very nice

The staff here is always friendly and gets it right every single time. I feel like fast food workers don’t get appreciated and receive a lot more attitude and disrespect when it’s not warranted. I used to work in fast food and I respect what you guys do. Thanks for providing a friendly face for hard working people as we go throughout our day. And I hope if someone reads my review they can remember that fast food workers deserve positive feedback and praise for what they do well. Be kind to others and be grateful for the goodness that exists. I appreciate this location’s positive atmosphere!

Some hispanic manager kicked us out because my wife brought her SERVICE DOG inside. Said they couldnt have the dog while kids where inside. Our 35lb 1 yr old was too scary for her i guess. Even tho it is legally okay to bring a service dog in, i didnt want to waste our day arguing with this lady so we left and will go to other locations instead. And they never fill our fries anyway, dont order a lg fry, they will always give u a medium.

Somehow this location always seems to not be able to cook the fries properly. Also, everything is more expensive here. All the Bear family Mcdonalds have higher prices than other locations. Must be trying to make up for what they lose because of the app.

Breakfast ends at 10:30am. I ordered via mobile app. They cancelled my order right as I arrived because I arrived at 10:35am. I drove all the way here for nothing. The app or website does not tell you this is the case, it told me breakfast ended at 10:59 on the app. I ordered for curbside pickup and they told me that you have to go to the drive through and they don't make your order until you arrive. So no point in ordering on the app then
