got take out food took awhile as i reached into the paper bag containing my mcrib the sandwich slid out of the box into the paper bag coating other peoples burgers in Sloppy BBQ sauce.

My food has been cold on countless of occasions. Another time I was sitting in the driveway say third window for 20 minutes for one apple pie. No estimate time was told to me they just ignored me. I knocked on the window and honked with no response. Extremely unprofessional and rude.

My son don’t eat cheese and it’s always cheese on my order after I asks for no cheese people have food allergies and so and so the meat is thin to take it off and I was in cab just wasting my time and money talking to Jerry the manager as if this my fault and I shouldn’t be mad this keeps happening you can clearly see I asked for no cheese don’t be mad at me for being mad everyone have a job to do and it should be done how the customer asked I’m spending my money they are trained to make orders talking about I gave a long story at the window about me working at McDonald’s being funny when my order wasn’t ready and the guy said he need me to move to the next window because of the drive thru time all I said was I know I worked at McDonald’s that’s it so how my story long and boring you worry about the wrong thing and not customer service

They did something gross to my food it tastes nasty like just not normal i’m like 100% that they did something to my food that’s why I stopped eating it immediately they messed up my kids food and I guess they took it offensively I was very polite and kind . the lady manager was upset

Order 2 chicken snack wraps. I live 5 minutes from this McDonalds and I grabbed one out the bag when I got home, it was so old, cold and hard I just tossed both in the trash.

Usually they are pretty good but we have ordered twice recently for sausage egg bagel and they gave once a steak egg bagel and once a bacon egg bagel.
