I really want to like this particular location due to the proximity to things my family does but it is by far the worse location. Always an extremely long wait even when not busy and using mobile ordering, very unfriendly, often out of items or miss them and the food doesn't seem as fresh. I've never had other McDonald's stand out as bad. We go to many and often and always quick, efficient and consistent but this one is just terrible. I think tonight was the last straw to just avoid: 10 to 15 min wait after mobile order check in ( i only ordered 2 mcdoubles and a 10 piece nugget), no one even acknowledged us in line at the pick up window of any delay, nuggets were overcooked, didn't even say a word once the food was finally ready.

Ordered through App. I get to location and sit in drive through for 15 minutes. I thought this was fast food. Ended up having to leave so I wouldn’t be late for work. When I called to cancel order they said they couldn’t. I wasted my time and money. Hopefully someone enjoyed their paid for breakfast. I will never go to this location again. This is the reason McDonald’s has such a bad reputation.

I was driving home and I thought I will surprise my granddaughter and go through the drive-through and get a couple of McFlurry’s. No big deal right? well well I order and went to the first window paid the lady go to the second window pick up the McFlurry’s, I started to drive and I noticed that on mine and the cookie powder was just on top of the McFlurry and on the other one, the M&Ms were just on top of the ice cream as well , I put my car in reverse and I asked the lady if I could speak to the manager on duty she said she was a manager and I said is this a McFlurry she goes yes! I said well isn’t it supposed to be mixed? She goes oh well the machine is not working. I said I understand that but you should’ve told me I could order something else and she just gave me a dirty look and rolled her eyes. I gave The McFlurrys back to her and I said just give me a refund , no big deal. She took my card and went to make a refund , I have a refund ticket and of course my purchase ticket, but in my account not only I do not see the refund but I see another charge for the same amount my message to management and upper management , if they cannot even make a simple McFlurry close the damn place because this is very aggravating now looks like I paid twice for something I did not get. I will appreciate if somebody can fix this, start with getting new management. Here are the photos of the transactions. again even though it shows a refund I never got a refund. I have two charges for $10.95 What’s going on people?

Worst McDonalds I’ve been to. The workers take a very long time to attend a customer, and also to make the order. All they do is argue in the back of the kitchen and complain to each other about not paying attention. On top of that whoever is at the register taking orders messes up. And they curse at each other too.

Kids were hungry and it was late. So figured why not McDonald's, it's like 15 minutes away and my youngest loves the fries. So got a few Mc Chickens, Chicken nuggs and fries and a shake for me. Got back and my daughter opened her sandwich and I hear "eww yuck" she said it smells funny. I look over and see a big burnt chicken nugget on a bun. Looks like something that fell to the bottom of the fryer since lunch and it finally surfaced and it had a bad burned smell. The other Mc Chicken is next to it. I brought it back to the store and showed "the manager", she opened the sandwich and had the nerve to give me an attitude and say "that's one of our $5 chicken sandwiches" and if i really wanted to exchange it for a sandwich thats less. I said it smells and looks burnt. Seriously? Look I know people say "its McDonald's, what do you expect?" sorry but I remember when people had pride in working at McDonald's, and or at least had more respect for the customer. Not even an apology. It's almost as sad as that burnt chicken looks. Guess McDonald's really is just a big joke now.

If, so the music in the restaurant is loud and if your sitting in a corner you can't hear them. Other McDonald's I have gone to bring the food to your table. Why not here? Dirty restaurant. Would have taken an employee one minute to pick up the garbage on the tables and floor. I was there for 30 mins eating in a dirty dining room. Had to listen to teenagers yell at the top of their lungs while I ate. I had enough....and nicely told the kids pls quiet down and be respectful of others in the restaurant. They apologized which was great....but parents need to teach their children how to act and to respect others when in public settings. And McDonald's should really get employees at this location that care and know how to bus a table and clean a restaurant.

Ordered a large frozen coke they called out it was ready and walked away before I could see it. They didn't even fill it all the way up. I'm omw to work so I didn't have time to wait for them to acknowledge me and fill it up. Not coming back to this place again.

Drive thru is always slow!! Avoid this location at all costs. Go to the one down the road on Schaumburg rd and Barrington. For one simple coffee i always have to wait 10+ minutes. Wish they could actually use the parking spots for people that have to wait for food.
