I usually go to McDonalds and try to order a fish filet with a whole piece of cheese plus pickle and tarter sauce. This is the first McDonalda that got it right and I want to thank the young man working Wednesday night who took the time to listen and understand that I paid for extra cheese and wanted the pickles and tarter sauce too. He also made sure due to my child that has a fish allergy the rest of my order was in a separate bag. I thank the young lady that took the order yet give a special shout out to the young man who came to the window to make sure my order was right. Thank you young man I pray blessings to you. I wish I had gotten your name. Be blessed.

This place should literally not exist. All of them should lose their jobs. Never fast service always insanely slow. Orders are never correct. No one practices good hygiene. Placed an order for breakfast before breakfast ended then had to sit in line for half an hour to get told. Oh it's lunch time and we're not serving breakfast any longer when I ordered when they were serving breakfast. Terrible service every single time.

Easily the worst McDonalds in the NW suburbs. Incredibly slow service with only one car ahead of me in the driver through. I ordered a quarter pound with cheese combo and the fries were half empty in the box. I asked the kid at the end if I could get the correct amount he handed me a basket full of day old cold fries. That is by far the worst fries I've ever had and on top of that it bothers me these kids that are working could careless about seeing half empty fries that are limp and cold. Never going to this location again.

Today I was shopping at this restaurant. I waited 30 minutes for them to give me 2 orders of long fries and the workers didn't even know what to do. One worker laughed and laughed because she didn't even know what to order. My son was crying in the car because it took too long. They measured out some boxes of super empty fries and it was super expensive. Terrible service.

This McDonald’s NEVER has a working shake, ice cream or slushy machine. N E V E R. Today they gave me old cold fries. Made me wait 10 mins. (Even though I order my food ahead through the app) and the person that gave me the food at the window was rude and didn’t even apologize for the long wait. Bad thing about having a bunch of kids running the place.
