Dissatisfied with service here. Was here on 12-05-23 I order 1 regular burrito was 8.89 and 2 big burrito extra meat and cheese 13.99! All three burritos were the same. I called them 20 minutes later no manager. They say manager will call me Wednesday. It took the manager 6 days to call me. Finally the manager called me and said all burritos are the same size. Why when it's 4.00 more for same size. Also if you order on the app they charge convenient service fee! Covid is over stop gouging people!

I’ve always loved moes! I’ve been to this location a ton in the past but it’s been awhile so I decided to have lunch right when they opened at 11 am.The portions are pretty skimpy now but the worst part was the meat. I had steak and it was so tough I couldn’t chew it. It also wasn’t hot or even warm which was a big red flag. I only ate my queso and chips after two bites of my burrito because the steak was not edible. I won’t be returning unfortunately.Also it wasn’t a great dine- in experience especially for just opening I thought it would be a little more clean.

Sign up for a rewards account to get a free burrito on your birthday. The food was delicious. I purchased the build your own bowl. The portions are huge. I was only able to eat half for dinner and ate the rest for lunch the following day. The free chips and salsa tasted great too, though the chips were lacking in salt.The rice was cooked perfectly which is the biggest issue I have at places like this and Chipotle. The rice at Chipotle is never fully cooked through but Moe's was perfect. I'll definitely stop by again when I'm in the area.

I felt bad when people talked bad about the open house, most if not all r new and learning. Now they have been open, the crowd has died down, so why does it take 2 people to watch staff working just to cratic them? Yet when u walked in, there were paper towels and what appeared to b clean trash bags all over the floor. The glass over and n front of the food needed cleaning, and the serving line needed wiping down. Clean the place up and do spot checks at least once an hrs. Keep the food looking fresh. The pinto beans looked as if they had been up there a while. I hope this place improves or it will be just another bad restaurant in town.
