Our server, Adam (also bartender) qwas the best. He is so much fun, always happy, fast with service and a great guy! The food was good and the music, Maurice and Friends were amazing, very talented guys. Great evening!

Great service, great food, great drinks, with great friends. What a great way to spend a Saturday night!

Nice menu; tasty food; good value. Waitstaff seemed frazzled; our waitress took orders from several other customers who arrived after we did before taking care of us. We watched late-comers eat while we waited. When I pointed this out to our waitress, I got a snarky come-back.

Our server, Angel, was excellent. Very attentive and personable. He gave us an update on when the pizza will be out and filled our drinks when needed. Always love coming on 1/2 price pizza Tuesday.

I honestly don’t even know how to begin explaining the experience we had today at Moretti’s in Hoffman Estates for Mother’s Day. We’ve been here many times before and never had an issue, but today was beyond disappointing. We were seated and noticed that several tables who arrived after us received their food before we even got our appetizers. When we politely questioned the delay, we were met with attitude. We asked to speak with a manager, and instead of any real explanation, we were accused of yelling at the waitress—something that simply did not happen. I completely understand it’s a busy holiday and that restaurants can be short-staffed, but not once did anyone come over to communicate that they were running behind or apologize for the delay. My soup never came before my meal as it was supposed to, and the table next to us even got their check before we got our food. The worst part? We were asked to leave. Yes—kicked out. My dad was accused of raising his voice, which he absolutely did not. The entire situation was mishandled and deeply upsetting, especially on a day meant to celebrate family. To top it off, it took forever just to get basic things like drinks and napkins. We’ve always enjoyed coming here, but this experience was unacceptable.

Server was great - the fried shrimp appetizer was wonderful. Lightly breaded and served with both marinara and cocktail sauce. Delicious!

My server Dion was Excellent. This is twice that I ordered Bruchetta was bad. They changed the recipe. Its some kind of spread instead of fresh mozzarella. U have to request it. Thats dumb. The appetizer grilled calamari was a small portion. Happy hour's portion was bigger. The pizza was over cooked. The pull apart bread was good second pizza was goodtwo other entrees were good. We all were hungry and place was busy. so didnt complain except brushetta. It came back with cheese but on top of tomatoes, duh... But overall it was ok to good not the best expeince. Its not the servers fault its kitchen/management..

Went for a work dinner with my sales team and we had a great time! Moretti's is always on point but this time was even better (love this location more than any other), great food and amazing service, specially this time our server was sooo nice, helpful and friendly making our night the best! We had the spinach and artichoke dip and it was so delicious, the cheese pull apart bread amazing, pizza, pasta, steak everything we ordered was very goooood!

The food was great. Service lagged a little as it very very crowded but our server did her best. Wasn't her fault. And they still have that ridiculous service fee. You really should remove that.

The food was okay. Nothing special. The pizza was a little overcooked. The biggest issue is that it took an hour to receive our food. Our server did apologize about the delay, but didn't explain what was causing the extreme wait time. Overall, just a fair experience.

Everything was great!!! Food was amazing. Adam still hands down best bartender in the area!! Entire staff was amazing also

Service was good. Food was tasty. Enjoyed the Happy Hour food and drink choices as well as the live music.
