Today I went to this location and the service was really slow and bad. They had 10 clients waiting for food including me. I got told it was going to be a 7 minute wait for my one entrée and they took 20. Saw that the manager in charge is named Isabel, instead of helping the one cook they had with the food she was in the back just talking and laughing with the other workers. I’ve never had this bad of an experience at this location, I wonder if it was the manager in charges fault or what, but please get your selves in check. I’m really disappointed because this is my go to location, please have a talk with your managers/Isabel.

Want to take the time and acknowledge the evening crew they were great it was a full house I placed a walk-in order to go the young lady had a positive attitude stated it would take a few min the cooks were super helpful and quick in preparing the food overall the service and quality of the food was awesome had a great experience!

I got off pretty late from work and walked in at about 8:40 ( there was many people there too). I ordered a plate and wanted fried rice. The worker girl looks at me and rolls her eyes before telling me it would be about 5 mins.

I had a hair in my food. I had already thrown out the receipt but sent a picture of my food and the bag and emailed their customer service team. They provided no help just asked for the receipt when I already stated to them I no longer had it. So now I’ll post it here so people can be aware of possible long hairs in their food. Super gross will not return to this location.
