I inadvertantly placed an online order to this location, which was definitely my fault. I called to inform them that I placed the order to the wrong store and couldn't actually pick it up and they told me it was not a problem they would post the refund and send me a copy of the receipt. This never happened which caused me to call back that Monday (as the initial call was placed on Friday). I informed the woman on the phone of the situation and she told me they were busy and asked if she could call me back at 2:30. I work in customer service and know how hectic it is when things get busy so I said no problem. 2:30 rolls around and I got no call so I decided to call back and turns out they close at 2:00. I left a message describing the scenario and asking for a call back. For the next week I consistently called back and got no answer. Here I am 2 weeks later and nothing that was promised to me was done and I seriously feel like my number is being ignored. Due to my work schedule I cannot make it to the location to resolve this and my phone calls continue to be unanswered and voicemails continue to be ignored. You couldn't pay me to deal with these people again!!!

They have to add a note that this location is for employees only!! Made an online order to the nearest location, and when I went to pick it up, the security wouldn't let me to get in.
