Tried this place for the first and definitely not last time on 1/4 (Orland Park location). Absolutely delicious! The person taking orders was so helpful and patient with our many questions. Service was quick and everything was so flavorful and cooked perfectly.

Kid-friendliness: Good portions for kids' meals. Could almost feed two kids with one, depending on their appetite.

AMAZING AND AUTHENTIC! I have seen this restaurant for years, but never gave it a try until recently. I got the chicken shawarma wrap with fries. It was delicious. The wrap itself was homemade and the ingredients were fresh and flavorful. After taking my first bite, I immediately knew this was going to be my new favorite shawarma spot. The inside of the restaurant was clean, and staff was keeping up with cleaning during their downtime, which is always great to see. I can't wait to go back!

Food was delicious. The server was amazing! He presented very well the menu and the different options available. The restaurant was clean and pleasant.

Vegetarian options: Great choices.

Parking: Open spots. In a lot full of other stores.

Wheelchair accessibility: There were no elevated steps to get in the restaurant. The restaurant was plain level. The men’s restroom was wheelchair accessible.

I got my order from Uber eats driver complete wrong plus they charge me for 5 sweet rice and didn't send me non of them

The place is super clean, first of all. From the floors to the tables everything is very, very clean. The ordering system is super easy. You can either order through the employee at the front or use their kiosk which is super handy. It has photos of the food and is very easy to use. The food came out super quick and was very good. Lots of options to customize your order and there's something for everyone. 10/10 first experience, I'll be sure to come back.

Not nearly as good as the other locations. Couple weeks back there was a delivery order they totally screwed up. They forgot the pita, we ordered two ginger ales one pomegranate one regular. They just gave two regular and normally I wouldn’t be that hung up about it hit there shoulda still been an attempt to contact us as say they’re out of one is the other ok and more just annoying on top of the other issues like the missing pita as mentioned earlier, the baba ganoush tasted off (I know my baba ganoush) and the meat was pretty dry. The other locations are so good it’s disappointing to see this one was allowed to drop the ball. Maybe it was a one off I’ll try it again down the road.

Update. I don’t know what to say, the sandwich was substandard. I just ordered a wrap, thought I’d make it easy for everyone, why was it cold already? The sandwich smelled like cleaning supplies? Maybe it was my imagination. I wish you guys success, and if you really care about the reviews, you will achieve it, eventually. In the mean time, Tell your cooks to step it up!
