Best spicy chicken sandwich in the business

Walked into the store, nobody was in line. Saw 3 employees. My husband said hello after they didn't. Not one of them said hello still!!!! After waiting a bit and still ignored.....we walked out at went to McDonald's!

Appreciate the service, good sweet tea and cheesecake

I always stop by in the morning on my way home and I think the service is good. The chicken strips are delicious and the person who serves me is very pretty and friendly. They should always hire people like that who are always smiling when serving.

I came here with my friend after a long drive back from Wisconsin. I ordered a 5pc spicy tender combo with fries and a lemonade. When I got to the window, I was handed a watered down cheap lemonade rather than the home made lemonade that I paid extra for. When I went back around to complain, I was given a hard time about it and I had to tell the worker which lemonade machine to use. She double checked with my friend about her order, which she got blackened chicken tenders and a side of mashed potatoes (not the combo), which we had to emphasize for the 3rd time. We were told to pull forward and wait for our food, when we got our food, I was given the regular chicken although i ordered the spicy, and it was hard as a rock. My friend was given a combo after repeatedly telling the employees that she did not want that, and they did not give us our mashed potatoes and gravy. I wanted to go back around and complain about the food, but there was no point in trying to reason with them based on our initial experience with the lemonade. After reading some of the other reviews, I can conclude that it is most likely the same employee/manager giving everybody below average service and a difficult time. I will not be returning to this establishment.

I've been to this location twice this month, both times I had a superb experience with customer service and food quality. Don't understand the low rating.

There needs to be a supervisor on staff at all times. Omg, I came on a Friday at 7:30 and waited in line for 30 minutes. When I got to the window. They didn’t even know whose order was whose. I told them my order. AND THEY STILL GAVE ME THE WRONG FOOD.

I witnessed the most disturbing thing yesterday, a young male was denied food replacement,denied refund ,had to call police and to get help, they took $30 , manager mexican woman was totally unprofessional throwing away the young man's food .He called regarding missing food,damaged food in his bag, lady said she will replace it to come in,he came in ,she took the food and threw in garbage!! Didn't give him no more food nor a refund !!!! The woman who claimed to be manager said SHE DONT CARE ABOUT HIS FOOD ,that's disgusting behavior !!! He even called police and recorded the incident ! People work hard for their money, how dare her throw away his food !!! Not refund him !!!! AND LAUGHED!!! So unprofessional!!!

I worked here not too long ago so I definitely know how the general manager is here. I was denied a refund and my food after I called ahead of time to let them know there were things missing. I had to really call the police because the GENERAL MANAGER (only black shirt ) threw my food away, and still denied to give me a refund or replace my food. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life anywhere and I work in the food industry right now. I was denied the corporate number as well. I will be going as far as I have to go to to deal with this . Please remember people , if this happens to you, they can deny you for anything. Don’t believe me , I pray none of you have to deal with this

I ordered the $20 dinner bundle special online and had to wait for my order when i arrived. That's ok, i don't mind waiting but the food was cold and OLD, not fresh at all! I delt directly with the 'manager ', Felipe, and he was very rude and laughed at my complaint when i called to let him know. I will be contacting corporate! I have been to this location many time, i live 2 minutes away so its not just about the food, but EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE ON FELIPE'S PART, AS A STORE MANAGER! NOT TO MENTION, THE STORE WAS COMPLETELY EMPTY!

Went there ordered a honey mustard, chicken wrap. They claimed they’re out of honey mustard. You could see right next to it. There was a bunch of containers of honey mustard. I will give me a regular one and then give me two containers of honey mustard since I’m ordering two of the wraps They can only give me one for whatever reason unknown
The person behind the counter was not very friendly to myself or the next customer behind me

I came in today with my daughter and friend and her son I ordered the meal deal 3 tenders and no less wings and my wings were pink inside they brought me a new wing that was cooked all the way through and only replaced that one of 6 I gave them the wings back manger did not come speak to me or care very rude and I went without eating after paying for my uncooked chicken but the cashier was very nice

My daughter bought few pieces chicken here, and just when i started eating it, i noticed the chicken has as bad smell, and yes they served us a spoiled chicken meat! This is very dangerous they should check the quality of their chicken meat before selling it, this location deserve to be close down.
