Wow! Our man taking our order told us about the box special! 2 pieces of chicken cost around 13.00. The box special hive 2 pieces, biscuit, and 2 sides for around 6.50! We got 2 meals for the price of one!

They opened at 10am and it’s 12:49 and they don’t have any spicy chicken cooked at all wonder why this place gets bad reviews would give zero stars if I could honestly just a shame

Two fridays in the road they run out of chicken

Was told in the drive thru that wasn't taking any orders for 5 - 10 minutes. I pull over to a parking spot and watch a lady walk in, order then leave. Then I watch a man go in. I see his order taken. I walk in and the same guy steps aside so I can get help. But I'm told again they won't be taking orders for 10 minutes. No reason given at any point.

Your manager Martin is HORRIBLE. I told him my order was wrong and he insisted it wasn’t. He then asked for my bag even after I told him what I was missing. Of course, my food wasn’t right as I told him the first time. A chicken combo with fries and Mac n’ Cheese does not fit in a small paper bag with 2 sandwiches. His attitude was horrible, he kept closing the window and being extremely rude. He should not be a manager here at all.

I ordered the 5pc tender combo meal and the cashier and the only other person in the store and I asked for fries and mashed potatoes as sides. They forgot the mashed potatoes.

Staff is rude my order was incorrect the manager is even rude to his staff in front of customers please learn some customer service listen to understand so you get orders correct .

This was the worst chicken I've ever had at popeyes. I spent over $50 and everything tasted like it was old and stale. The cashier and manager had a horrible attitude towards us. After the manager gave us the food he wanted to give us coupons and tell us about the food that we ordered being cheaper in the popeyes app I will never go back and advise anyone to go to another location.

I cannot say enough how amazing the service is at this Popeyes! I started working not far from here about 5 months ago.. honestly, other locations could really take notes from this place! Extremely polite and willing to help me out when I had some issues with the application! The whole team was truly amazing!!! And the atmosphere is something different for sure! ? And you can tell that they get along well and work together very well! Give these guys a raise!

Never answer phone this place sucks we don't have party backs I went to another Popeye very good 109.00 for 75 tender and free sauce in Hoffman Estates he wanted 2.49 per tender and .25 cents per sauce call other Popeye all in line accept Hoffman Estates lol

This Popeyes is always very clean and has great service. I came in today and ordered food. The server made sure everything was correct in my order and double checked if I wanted my chicken sandwich regular or spicy. They also put a lot of sauces in my bag which I really appreciated because I forgot to ask for them. Overall one of my favorite Popeyes locations.
