I visited this place yesterday with a friend the food was old and the chicken sandwich was very bad the bread was cold And too much mayonnaise.

Person taking the order did not have proper skills for that role.
1. Ordered two drinks, only got one. And it didn't even come with a straw.
2. Ordered mashed potatoes but those weren't given to us. Had to circle back through the drive through.
No apologies or anything for screwing up our order twice. There were also only 2 people working and it was slow, not sure how service could be so poor.

Second time I visited this location and it was the second time they didn’t put all the items ordered and paid for in the bag. Twice burned in the drive thru and once got nasty quality while dining in. Pass on this location and go to any other quick serve restaurant in Schaumburg/Hoffmn Estates area.

Beyond helpful, my coupons wouldn’t work at this location so she gave me coupons to use. Food is good, biscuits aren’t as dry as rumored.

Best spicy chicken sandwich in the business
Walked into the store, nobody was in line. Saw 3 employees. My husband said hello after they didn't. Not one of them said hello still!!!! After waiting a bit and still ignored.....we walked out at went to McDonald's!
