Worst experice ever the manager got my order worng employes are disrespect please fire him he gave gave bad aditude and i asked for soda and he ignored us ans then we asked for it again and said we have to pay for it like if we wanted for free the employes where not wering gloves and the mash potatos look like a ss and in what mind is mild classic there to different thing i told the manager 1000 time it a level of spice he problay smokes cigarrite that only world where mild is classic

The Coke was the best part of my meal. Mac and cheese was definitely from yesterday. I picked up my order at 11:30 so you figured it may be fresh but that was not the case at all. Tenders were alright but seemed as if I got the smallest ones they could find. Good thing there is a McDonalds next door. Won't be back anytime soon

This place feels like it’s being run by an unplugged robot. Orders vanish, food quality spins a roulette wheel, and staff look lost because leadership isn’t leading. Management from the top to all the way to the bottom simple SUCK!!!!!!!!!! like fix your store. Trust me customers want this store to succeed, but until leadership stops letting employees fail and starts running the basics, this Popeyes will stay an embarrassment to the brand. WHAT A Joke!!! PLEASE DO BETTER

I was waiting at the counter to pick up my online order. Some chick who works there saw me, made eye contact and then went into the kitchen to not even help me when I was the only one there. Drive thru guy had to help me. I ordered boneless bbq wings. Look at the photos like where is the sauce?!!?? And then I asked for ranch on my order and they put nothing in the bag. I had to double back as I'm halfway out, ask, and be told they had none. The most common sauce in all of America out of stock. This location charges for extra sauce and doesn't even tell me they are out. Honestly go to the Popeyes in Hanover park this is horrible. Oh and then I heard guy say I'm still waiting for my order like the employees had an attitude because he was waiting

Unsupervised underage kids working in the evening and drinking alcohol. I asked the kid if his manager allows this kind of behavior and he just laughed and walked away. Going to be contacting corporate and reporting this bad service and underage drinking on the job.

I had a good experience. The lady was super sweet to me. Food was really good. The place was really clean. Not many people in there either.
The only thing I recommend is ordering an actual napkin dispenser, lid holders etc, everything was in a bin.

We were today at 315 and ordered 16pc chicken bucket. We were requesting for all thighs and the girl in the drive answered like we were stupid to ask. When she said, we would have to wait for a few minutes, we told her, never mind and we’ll take mixed. When we went up to the window, she was not friendly, she was looking at us up and down with the smirk. When we askes for her name, she refused to give her name and we asked for the supervisor, she said no one is there. She even said, she doesnt need to give her name. She was fair skin, long black hair and short. We felt disrespected on how she treated us and the guy with him, just stood there watching us. She has no customer service!

I have to say, this Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen location delivered hands down the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. I stopped in at around 5:30 PM during dinner rush to pick up food, only to find that they had no fresh chicken prepared. Instead, they were scrambling as if everything was being made to order, which is baffling for a fast food chain at peak dinner time.

I politely asked one of the gentlemen working how long the wait would be for fresh chicken. He told me about 20 minutes. Since the place was starting to get busy, I decided to wait it out. After 20 minutes, I returned and approached the counter again. This time, a young girl with black hair was at the register. When I asked her how much longer the chicken would take, she snapped back in a combative and dismissive tone, telling me it would be “20 minutes from now.” She went so far as to reprimand me as if I were the one at fault, instead of taking responsibility for not doing her job and operating a chicken establishment properly. I was in shock. Instead of acknowledging that I had already been waiting patiently, she doubled down with an attitude that can only be described as rude and unprofessional.

The customer service at this location was appalling. Employees appeared disengaged, with multiple staff members standing around rather than working efficiently to meet customer demand. At a dinner rush, the food that was sitting out already looked cold, and the team made no effort to present the brand in a way that Popeyes is known for. There was zero sense of urgency, preparation, or basic courtesy.

I walked away feeling not just disappointed, but insulted. This experience goes down as the rudest and most poorly managed service I have ever seen at a Popeyes or at any fast food establishment. If this location is a reflection of how they operate during their busiest hours, then it is clear they are not taking their jobs seriously, nor are they respecting the customers who keep them in business.

Until management addresses these issues with proper training, leadership, and accountability, I cannot recommend this Popeyes location to anyone.

We ordered through the drive through a meal deal...we were surprised that when we got to the window it was 10 more dollars than was on the menu board. We said something to the staff and he acted as he understood and took my card and made an adjustment.. to my surprise my card was still charged more than it should have been. It might have been a training issue I don't know because the employee was super nice, the food good, cooked fresh . Just wanted to through in my whole experience of the restaurant.
