I made my first visit to Prime Sushi & Ramen today. It won't be my last. I ordered negihama maki (yellowtail roll) and salmon roll for pickup. My order was ready on time, the portions of fish were high quality and generous, and they got my special request (no wasabi) right. I haven't had the dine-in experience yet, but they occupy the former Amore Mio space, which is lovely. I'm delighted to have another fine restaurant in that space, and I look forward to becoming a regular!
We ordered carryout from this new restaurant tonight. We tried 2 of the specialty rolls, the yakiudon noodles (combination) & the Black Garlic Bomb ramen with spicy tonkatsu broth. All the food was delicious & fresh! Will definitely be back!
