There is only one chef with no help here. So wait times may be quiet long for dine-in especially at peak times. I have experienced this multiple times. The hot sake is not great for some reason but most sushi dishes are good.

I really enjoyed stopping by here for Ramen. I felt so welcome, and had a good table to myself. The food was exactly what I was looking for - comforting & delicious. They also had a matcha tiramisu...very cool.

Prime is a nice sushi place! Everyone is friendly, and the food always tastes fantastic. The jalapeño bomb appetizer is my favorite, even though it's not spicy.

I ordered the AAC Roll (avocado, asparagus and cucumber) plus more avocado rolls, sweet potato rolls (which are delicious and unique!) and the vegetable yakisoba. Everything was fresh and absolutely delicious. I'll be back.

Wonderful local sushi spot. The black garlic ramen was a flavor bomb and the sushi was well made, tasted fresh, and had interesting combinations.
There are a ton of sushi/ramen places in the NW burbs but this was a cut above and reasonably priced as well.
