I remember ordering a salmon burger. The Red Robin in California has it in their menu. When I was told no I was a little disappointed. They do have salmon on its own. Regardless they offer so many other options. The host taking my order was friendly and easy to talk to. She came back and gave me an estimate about the time it would take to complete. There plenty of tables for large groups. Bathroom was clean and the staff all got along. I would recommend coming here.

Usually burgers are OK but this time we had an order placed from my Jobs site, when my food arrived it was AWFUL.. I had order a NO PINK Burger I guess Red Robin personnel can't follow instructions my burger was RAW!! Plus I added a Ceasars side salad that was AWFUL too not Even MY DOG COULD eat it looked like they used the previous nights left overs to prepare our food.
All our food WAS TERRIBLE..!. People can get sick from eating raw meat.. this is lawsuit waiting to happen.
We had an amazing experience. Our waitress was friendly and humorous. She kept our drinks full and provided excellent service. I have visited this place multiple times and enjoy it each time. The customer service is outstanding.

My waitress was not very attentive she more busy entertaining her friends. I had rely on the host for napkins, silverware, a refills as I watch her stand in front of my table talking to her friends. But customer service

The food is as good as any Red Robin, but the service at this location is the most hit or miss service I have ever seen. I have had servers who were great, nice, and attentive (Izabella and Stephanie) and I have had a server take our drink order and then not return to the table to take our food order for almost a half hour (someone else ended up bringing us our drinks and appetizer) and could only get their attention once their personal friends were sat at the booth next to me, putting her somewhere where I could wave her down.
I'm going to continue going here, but I'm going to lower my expectations going in from now on.
