Wonderful place. Our first time here and will definitely be returning. Great food. Bistro atmosphere. Great owners. I’ve looked at the one-star reviews and found none of those issues in our visit. I ordered the sizzling sisig- I would highly recommend!

The name of Sarap Bistro is so fitting because they are delicious and brings an authentic taste of Filipino dishes! We made the trek here from the city and it's worth the trip. We went here on a Sunday afternoon and they were able to seat us immediately. We ordered the lumpiang shanghai for appetizer, Grilled Bangus, Beef Nilaga soup, & Bam-I pancit. All the dishes were delicious and reminded me of homemade Filipino cooking and the servings were hefty. I particularly liked the Nilaga soup, it's a great comfort food. The grilled bangus was packed with a lot of flavor and loved the dipping sauce. The place is clean and service was fairly fast. I also loved they played mostly OPM (Original Pilipino Music)! We didn't wait too long for our food but it also wasn't as busy when we were there. There are many more dishes to choose from that I am looking forward to try! I'm glad to have an authentic restaurant feel with Sarap Bistro and can't wait to come back!

Went out with my mom for the day and decided to try "Sarap Bistro." Last weekend when we stopped by "Mochidou" we noticed on the way out that there was a Filipino Restaurant next door that we had to try next time we're out! My mom and I arrived 10 mins after they had just opened. The waiting area was organized and proper signage was legible. 5 mins in, we were greeted by one of the staff members and allowed us to pick a table! My mom and I ordered our dine-in food first and then placed our to-go order for my Dad. For lunch we had the fried lumpia, crispy pork sisig, kare kare & pork tapsilog breakfast. IT WAS ALL MASARAP (DELICIOUS)!!! Not too greasy or oily and the portions are a good size to share with plenty to take home!! My parents and I are not from the area - we're about 40 mins away and it was definitely worth it. We have another spot we go to that's closer (Hong Ning), however, Sarap Bistro might just be our new spot! My mom and I were attended by the owners - "Annie & her husband (forgot his name)" and they were so friendly, attentive & welcoming! BEST PORK SISIG WE'VE EVER HAD!! Great music selection by the way - it reminds me of my karaoke sessions with my Dad. Keep it up Annie & we will see you again very soon!! Salamat <3

Drove 20 minutes to this restaurant, arrived exactly 12pm on a Sunday and nobody was there. Waited 10 minutes and still no one was around. Terrible. Why advertise that you'll open 12pm when you can't even arrive at that time. Wasted my gas and time.

THE KRAFT ADVENTURES

We did what most families do on Friday night. We searched online for a place to eat. My wife had a taste for Filipino food. We found Sarap Bistro online and looked at the menu and photos and decided to go there. When we arrived, we were told that we had to scan a QR code to view the menu. Our party had people ranging from 13 to 64. None of us had a scanner on our model of phone. We were told we could get a paper menu, but the prices were out of date. The prices on the paper menu were already higher than the prices on the website. One item we wanted was no longer available. Our server used a calculator to determine each price as we ordered. These were once again much higher than the website or the paper menu. I felt like they were making the price up based on what they felt we were willing to pay. The food portions were very small. In fact 1 cereal bowl of rice was $5.00 by itself. I'm not sure if you can say they're using deceptive business practices, or bait and switch, but I can tell you that what you do get isn't very good, and will be far more expensive than you were lead to believe. My best advice is to avoid this restaurant and perhaps try another place to have dinner.

The place was great but the Price wasn't exactly the same online. It was different on the physical menu. I was very disappointed. I ordered: lumpia- Online was $ 6.50 then on their physical menu at the restaurant was $10.95 rice $3 - $5. karekare $14.50- 17.95 ,bistek $13.40- $16.95 Liempo $12.50-$14.96, Halo Halo $12.$16.95. It doesn't make sense. I wasn't happy at all.

Me and my wife dined in on 4/23/2023. We ordered the bangus sisig, lechon kawali. Both very crispy and flavorful. The halo-halo and mango pie were both very good desserts to top off our meal. It was nice to see a good inflow of patrons. Despite being short-staffed, our food was prepared at a very reasonable time. The restaurant had an "Assistance Needed" sign on their door, and I think they only had 1 chef and 1 server at the time, so me and my wife expected to wait a little longer for our food. No problem at all though. Make conversation, listen to music. That is part of the dining experience! We still received our food in about 30~ mins. There was a party of four that arrived not too long after us which included an older gentlemen, his adult son and two others. Older gentlemen was very rude to the establishment in my opinion. And his adult son was no help. They lied to the owner and said they waited "one hour" for their food (when it had only been about 30~ mins or so) and were very demanding. Despite their behavior, the owner acted very swiftly and gracefully to ensure patrons were satisfied. And to be fair, it was a lot of food for 1 chef to cook. Can't please everyone I guess. All in all, good food and friendly staff. Will visit again for sure.
