I had a mobile pick up order today and I realized I drove to the wrong location. The lady at the drive through window was sweet and kind enough to make my order. I didn't get her name but thank you for helping me out.

I ordered my drink like I always do, I asked for extra caramel which is charged on the final price. When I received my drink it was missing the extra caramel I ordered and when I asked the batista to please add it for me she gave me a dirty look and added a drop of caramel. When I asked for more then what she added she told me I have to pay for it if I want it. I did pay for it and I didn't need or want the attitude she was giving me.

Ripped off- I think the barista poured leftover milk from another order into my cup and that’s why it wasn’t extra hot and the reason for my cup being half way.

I ordered a tall extra hot cinnamon dolce late for pick up and they did me bogus with my drink. The pictures show how much drink they gave me and that’s with the whip cream which seems like they poured even extra whip to try to cover it. They literally gave me half of my drink and it wasn’t even extra hot.

Very overpriced for quality you pay. Very disappointed in their customer service as well. We will stop going to this location.

Staff were friendly, service was quick, and the location was very clean. One of the employees was meticulous while cleaning the customer areas and underneath shelving. You don’t see that too often, very commendable.

Pretty sure I got the wrong drink. I got a Carmel machiato with extra shot of espresso. It tasted like a got a lukewarm coffee and 3 shots of burnt expresso with no caramel.

Window teller was rude and after having to scan my barcode and pay with my card was adement about I need to take his card reader to choose a tip and plug my card in but he wasn't going to hold it.

I come to this location a lot over the years. But by far my worst experience with them.

Please fix the drive-thru screen. It’s hard to hear clearly what’s being said, and it makes it difficult to reconfirm the order when they repeat it back. However, I appreciate that the service is quick and the staff are friendly!
