On 10/28/2025 around 6:15pm one of the employees working the drive thru had the audacity to roll her eyes when I requested a new drink. Perhaps during the ordering process something was misunderstood. But rolling her eyes and not even giving me the drink spoke volumes. I would love to speak to a district manager asap. I always have issues with this same employee. She had black glasses and a lip piercing.

I went through the drive-thru. I had questions about the coffee and tea drinks and the person over the speaker was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. When I got to the window service was very fast and friendly. My Mocha Cafe Latte was good and hot.

Was greeted when entering! John helped me pick a raspberry drink. I was also so worried about being too sugary but was nervous to ask for modifications. He read my mind and recommended exactly what I wanted! Drink was great!

Staff is great, barista is amazingly patient and takes good care of our order. We ordered a drink with certain modifications. An iced tea lemonade half passion half green with 12 full pumps of classic syrup. And they did it perfect!! This is the 5th time we ordered it and they get it right all the time. Thank you!
