The seating area is pretty dirty. I want to hang out, but eww. The menu doesn't list everything they have. I want hot tea, but you just have to know they have it. No prices listed. Most people are nice, but maybe not that happy to be there. I don't know.

I go on way to office to pick up my coffee and today was so Amazing Kerri was so Sweet and understanding I am so thankful your store has her It’s so nice to see not all humanity is gone This store has other great staff yet Kerri went above and beyond for me
I cannot for the life of me understand why this drive through is so slow. I can see gaps between ordering and getting drinks. Meaning there's not a good flow inside. The drinks are always fine and the staff is super nice. But you gotta keep it moving. I've been here 5 times in the last 2 months, and always there's a line and always it's 15 min or more to get a drink. Which is just too long.
