The staff here are very rude especially the new guy. Beware he watches how much your playing and tells people not to go ro other locations. He says you win here and you don't . Con artist at their finest here. He is loud and obnoxious. He needs to be fired !

Woman was not at counter to greet my friend & I. She was out of the store when we came in yet 3 people were on machines! She said I NEED to see your ID AFTER we had walked into gaming area. We got drinks and had to go up to counter for refills. She poured my friend the wrong drink. She did not sanitize I had to ask. Woman was on her phone..I will not come back.

Stella's is a great place to hang out, have a drink, and win some money. The staff is great. They make sure all the machines a cleaned and ready for the next patron. Even though there are so many options for hole in the wall gaming I find myself choosing Stella's. It's just a great place to play, eat, drink, and have a good time. As a matter of fact I believe stella's staff is the best around they go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience. They treat all thier guests with the same respect. I can't say enough good things about Stella's they have a customer for life.

Went at 9:30am, OPEN sign was on. Employee was sitting in there, but kept the door locked and completely ignored me, even though I was pressing the buzzer. She could see me, but just did not even bother to acknowledge my existence.I hope the owner knows that their employees are doing this. Frustrating. I have been a longtime patron to many of their locations. I won't be back, though.
