I found a woman's long black hair... while the woman, was preparing my sandwich. She simply took it out of the onion container... I never saw her replacing it with more or throwing it away... just dirty, I will never buy there again.

I JUST (5 minutes ago) went inside this establishment. My sub was not waying, it was very thin, with little to no pepperoni & steak. Very disappointing experience. I did not get full from this, do not get a sub from here go to woodfield’s subway :

It has been a struggle to find a personal pan. Pizzas at most Subways. I’ve been eating them for dozen years and love that I can personalize it. I stopped in for the pepperoni pizza this evening and was charge $9.79. I’ve been buying subway for a long time and this is my first time, paying that much for a pizza. When I asked why, the pizza is so much I was told that I am paying for pepperoni and for veggies. The signage in the restaurant says veggies are free for all the pizzas. In the past dozen years have I never paid for vegetables at any Subway. I will for sure not be back to this location.I can also say that possibly I wouldn’t have minded paying the extra if my pizza were loaded with vegetables, but I got only a few. My guess is this store is experiencing hard times but my best advice is to be honest and not nickel and diming your customers, and be generous with the toppings they are requesting.

The ladies who work there are rude and unprofessional, and one even told me to hurry up with my order while I was still deciding what I wanted to get when there was just 1 person behind me, If there was a long line behind me that would be understandable but not when it's just 1 person. They also don't accept coupons at this location which is unfortunate, I feel like every Subway everywhere should accept coupons otherwise what is the point, what good are they if they come in the mail and I can't use them at all at this location as well as other locations. They also wouldn't give me any free food on my Birthday, since I believe you do get some free Subway on your Birthday through the app or in store. Definitely the worst Subway I have been to and will be taking my business to a different Subway that isn't this one when I decide to eat at Subway!!

Today I went for sub there 1 lady who sleek hindi her attitude was horrible. I asked her to plz put sticker fir hot paper and mild sandwich and she give me pen and told I should do by My self , I said this is your job to do , she said I made footlong sandwich for u so u can do this , Omg I never heard from anyone like this , any other sub u go they always do for u , I will not go here anymore rather u eat chipotle there , plz owner the h this lady how to behave with coustmor , she didn’t told me sorry for bed behave even , hopefully taki care of this kind of service thanksVegetarian options: I don’t suggest this place to no one
