Sit at the bar. Burgers are fabulous and prepared by the bartender, who are fabulous, too!!!

I’ve been going to The Assembly for about 30 years. When I was younger, I always ordered the Bionic Burger — these days, it’s the Bionic Chicken. I like to think of myself as adventurous, but it’s hard to pass up perfection.

I have to put it out there. The assembly hoffman estates has it going on. Hats off to the cook/ bartender there. Burger was on point my glass was never empty. One man show atleast the day I went.

Hard no. Was once great, no more. Food quality for the price is a deal breaker. Menu cut down too much, and no pride out of the kitchen or staff.
Had issues about 6 months ago, gave it 1 more try and will not come back.
One server in particular does not follow state sanitation guidelines, and really is a downer from a place that once stood tall

I travel to IL for work quite frequently and I always make sure to stay in this area so I can eat here as much as possible. Amazing burgers and atmosphere!

Great place to watch sports when you saddle up to the bar and grab yourself a burger and tots. It's the juiciest burger you ever had and they make it on the flame grill right at the bar. They make some mean cocktails also.

The assembly has been around since the 70's. Their food has always been excellent, the portions are large. They are known for their hamburgers which are 10 oz. and delicious. Love to have my burger cooked at the bar. Highly recommend for a fun evening.

Kudos to Patti our regular server! Personality personified and Always brings a smile to our faces! This place would not be the same without Patti here! Excellent Lake Perch, burgers and a big shout out to the French Oinion soup. Yum!

We stopped in after a round of golf and sat at the bar. Ryan was bartending and greeted us and got us drinks. We all wanted a burger so Ryan went through our options and had suggestions when our group asked questions.
We placed our order and watched Ryan cook up some of the best burgers a few of us have ever ordered. Cooked to perfection with solid flavors and a great taste. I went with the Char burger with Chedder. Fantastic.
Ryan was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and a very good cook. We will definitely be stopping in again.

Sat at the bar on a Sunday night to watch the football game. Staci and Carolina were bartending. Carolina was very rude, walked passed my empty drink every time, I had to ask for another drink to which she replied “yeah” made a point to treat regulars around me with extra special service while ignoring me. Staci was very good, Izzy is very good and your bartender on Thursday afternoon, Ryan?, is very good too. Carolina on the other hand made it clear I wasn’t welcome because she’d never seen me before.
