I am really disappointed! I went yesterday to eat dinner inside anyway I had a burger and I got so sick of food poisoning.

Food here is pretty good, nothing crazy but it definitely isn't bad and it hits the spot on occasion! From my experience, the service is usually really fast. The inside isn't always the cleanest but most of it is tidy. It's a nice interior overall. For me, navigating to the restaurant kind of sucks and is weird, but that's not the fault of the restaurant and moreso of the goofy infrastructure. Will continue to come here!

I come here all the time and Rachel, the employee, always has a smile on her face that brightens my day. My orders always correct and I’m always greated with a positive attitude. I appreciate that out of a fast food establishment and Rachel deserves a raise for being such a great employee over the time that I’ve been regularly coming here.

We got $1 large drinks. I'm glad Wendy's decided to take over this option since McDonald's recently stopped it!

The food was mid, not great, but not the worst. Compared to other Wendy's locations it was probably a 4/10. The restaurant itself and the service were horrible. The ketchup dispensers were disabled, they don't have trays for people who eat inside, and give you barely any ketchup packets when you ask for ketchup. There was a swarm of flies around the garbage can, and about 10-15 more flew out when I tossed something in the trash. The lady who took my order either didn't understand English fully, or was poorly taught how to be a cashier. She would suggest other items or amounts of an item, and then after I say no she perfectly inputs what I originally asked for. Idk if that's a language/culture barrier issue, or if management teaches people to do this (which is bad). I have a feeling management here is the problem, since the ketchup dispensers and trays and lack of pest control near the garbage are all managerial issues. The food was all correct, but a bit stale, as if it was sitting out for a while

Parking: There was enough handicap parking to seat 3 out of 5 seats in the restaurant with disabled people, which is only an issue because there will never be that many handicapped people in one Wendy's, and there were a lot of pickup parking slots, meaning there wasn't enough normal, non-handicap non-pickup parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: Has an absolute abundance of handicap parking (probably too much) ADA accessible ramps and restrooms.

Drive-thru service was terrible! The lady seemed like she didn’t like her job and was annoyed when my daughter tried to place an order. Just a suggestion don’t get a job you don’t like and take it out of your customer. It’s very rude and unprofessional.

I've never gone inside this location, so I can't speak to the atmosphere indoors. Having always done the drive thru, I can say this — the majority of the time, employees are courteous, although I wouldn't say "friendly," as none of them really reciprocate when I say thank you or to have a great rest of the day, etc; but (knock on wood), my orders have thus far, in around 5 years never been wrong or missing anything. Speed of service is pretty good, even when they're busy, although placing a mobile order through the app prior to going there DOES make a difference in terms of how quickly one gets through the line once there, and there doesn't seem to be a huge price discrepancy between what is charged in the app and actual on location prices like McDonald's. Food also, has always been hot and tasty as expected. The only thing I wish Wendy's would do, as I wish everywhere else would also, is go back to their lower prices. $7-8 for just a burger alone is, IMPO, just absolutely ludicrous! Seems many places are depending on the $5 bag deals these days to keep customers coming back, because that's all we ever get anymore, and it's because it's the only menu item that makes any economic sense, if any. I know prices are usually set by corporate, but since Wendy's paved the way for the $5 bag, I think it's time they decide to do the same with lower menu prices across the board. They'd steal SOOOOO much business away from EVERYONE if they did like, a 90's price throwback, if even for only a financial quarter.
