The Lombard location is extremely slow. two visits this season. The first was bad....super slow service even though there was hardly anyone else there. Gave them another shot today. over 30 minutes waiting in line with only 3 sets of folks ahead of us (2 couples and a single person.) Finally gave up and left. the couple behind us did the same. They commented as well about how slow the staff was everytime they have visited too. Won't be back.
Nice outdoor area to enjoy friends and family gathering plus they have the best Turtle Sundae in the area hands down 👌🏻
