Numerous tables filthy, floors in dining area a mess, condiment bar an absolute mess. But 5 or 6 "workers" have time to hang out chatting mindlessly and laughing behind the counter. This Homer Glen location is consistently like this when others are much cleaner and better.
Obviously, the shift managers -- and probably the general manager of the location, too -- need to be "retrained" or gotten rid of.

Ordered 2 cheddar and mushroom burgers, small frie and coffees Food was good but waiting for 45min for the coffee and dumping a plastic part of the pot in my coffee while I watched 4 employees trying to figure out how to make coffee And that was only the regular coffee,. The decaffeinated coffee wasn't even started. I got a refund for the coffee and left. I asked for the manager and 2 young girls said they were the managers the same ones that were making me the coffee. Go figure

My orders are always correct. I’ve visited over 10 times this year. Service is amazing and I’ve never gotten sick from their food! (which unfortunately I have at other restaurants.)

Love this location and every single worker. I come here so much for my iced tea half sweet half unsweetened that they know me by name. I've tried most of their food and only twice something was wrong with my order. All of the teenagers that work here re actually super kind and attentive, it probably all comes down to management expecting a certain standard. This is the only fast food restaurant I ever go to on Bell Rd. I'm so happy they put this Culver's here.
I’m not a fast food kind of person, but my mom and I had never tried Culver’s before. I must say it does beat McDonald’s, but nothing will ever beat McDonald’s fries. The girl at the register didn’t know what she was talking about. I feel like when you’re working at a restaurant or fast food chain you need to know exactly how the food is made and what’s on it and she didn’t seem very knowledgeable. She was super nice of course. I ordered the bacon deluxe butter burger, and it was pretty good. I also really liked the cheese curds. Probably won’t come back for the food, but I will definitely come back to try their custard!
