“Absolutely Fantastic Food … the owners are very nice and gave us samples of the rice pudding (SO good) and a sample of the Lentil soup ( beyond yummy). I had the grilled chicken bowl and tried the red rice and the yellow rice - this was so delicious. My wife had the gyros. Both these dishes are SO good. You will not be disappointed with this restaurant. I’d give it 10 stars if I could. Absolutely delicious!!!! Thank you AlSultan! :-)“

“The owner is always so nice and friendly. The food. Man, I can't stress how amazing the food is. The chicken wrap is my fav, but the steak is really good to, everything spiced to perfection. We come every week. The cookies and baklava at the counter is homemade and so so good. It's local owned, family operated, and Halal.“

“Falafel sandwiches were great! I loved the food, but a paid $34 for 4 small sandwiches. I would need like three to get full. Great food, but too expensive. If the sandwich was normal size, bigger, I would have no complaints. They were mini.“

“The food was amazing. The seafood mixed grill was awesome. The Basa fish was so flavorful and the grilled shrimp were very tasty. All the sides that came with it made it all worth it. The saffron rice and the yellow rice were very good. Other sides were babaganush, humus, some salad. Amazing. Paired with the thick garlic paste that was very tasty, what an amazing meal. Hot sauce could have been hotter. .We ended the meal with a huge kanafa. Wow was that delicious. Paired with the mint tea, what more could anyone ask for.Left over food was also amazing the next day. Everyone has to try this. It will change your life.“

“I came first when they had a soft opening and it was a nice experience. But a week ago I had a leftover Sajeyyah Fillet sandwich, and was absolutely blown away by the taste and texture. I couldn’t believe it’s from Ghawar restaurant. Today I invited a friend and came over for lunch. This is the best dish I’ve had in years. Unbelievable taste, texture and presentation. My friend who’s a foodie agrees.“

“The food was delish! Although they seemed rigid, maybe a little skeptical, they were polite, clean, & they take Google pay! I love the garlic sauce. So yum, so garlicky lol!! The falafel was enough for 2 days of eats, & soo good! The baklava was exceptionally tasty, & not soggy, but soft, slightly crunchy, & utter oral bliss! I'm spending more of my loot with them!!! “Great food! Was having 2nd thoughts when I pulled up to the restaurant as the large parking lot was all but 1 car, empty. Walked in for pickup, the kitchen and dining area looked legit. Falafel was great, pita and hummus was good. I got a chicken and rice plate with the complimentary salad, everything was great I can’t express it anymore simpler. My only take away was I do believe there could’ve been slightly more rice added for an $18 plate. Would highly recommend.“

“I moved a few months ago to Central Illinois from southern California where there was plenty of Middle Eastern bakeries. I googled and drove two hours to this place and I am so happy that I did that. The pastries were amazing. The bread was soft, and the pies were savory. This was worth a drive and I will be coming back very soon.“

“We just went to Al Basha, which means the king in Arabic, after searching it on Google Maps. Wow the food is so incredible. We just had to get takeout because we were going somewhere but we will definitely go back! I had just a plate of falafel and my husband got the beef Shawarma sandwich. “Traditional Old School Style Arabic Breakfast. Tastes just like Home Made without having to do the hours of cooking and cleaning lol. Service is shockingly fast and they’re so busy that everything has always been fresh. Our staff eats here multiple times a week. They never disappoint. This is the Go To for anyone that knows Arabic Breakfast.“

“I am familiar with Hashem in Amman, Jordan and was excited to try it. Its just like being back in Jordan. The flavors are spot on. Hospitality is great. They make wonderful fatta, falafel and a killer cup of mint tea. The falafel in the sesame bun hit the spot as well. I am always willing to drive from Schaumburg for breakfast here. I hope they open more locations in the north suburbs.“

Love the Falafel and the Kibbeh was good. Really good is the Arabic pizza the cheese and grilled veggie one. I will be returning!“
