Ordered full slab of ribs for takeout and they were awesome. First time at this location and they were what we remembered from Palos location. Service at front counter was also excellent!

The owner of this place is completely ignorant. I was waiting for my order for 10 minutes, keep in mind it's just soup and a pizza puff, ignored the entire time I was there waiting until I asked if my order was ready and the owner threw the bag at me. Never again will I ever give this place a single penny and I will make sure my family and friends never come to this stink hole ever again. Also, I witnessed their cooks pick food up off the floor. HORRIBLE

Had an amazing time at Nick's Barbecue! The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender, and the brisket was smoky and flavorful. The sides, especially the mac 'n cheese and coleslaw, were delicious. The atmosphere was casual and welcoming, with friendly staff who made sure we had everything we needed. Perfect spot for BBQ lovers – highly recommended!

Got a burrito in the drive thru, it was pretty good. Don't think it was steak like I ordered though, seemed more like ground beef to me

I was placed on hold for 181/2 minutes. I had to call from another line . The girl inform it wasn't their fault . Someone from the kitchen answer thr phone and never told them . Then she couldn't figure how add cheese to my fries. That's took an additional 7 minutes . I was informed by mgr tall balded man whom I think his name was Matt . He wouldn't give it. I ask to speak to owner he refused. I pick up my order 25 minutes later get home . And find out there no cheese on my 2 order of fries. I call back . He informs me if I want them I will need to come them . I goes there He gets rude and informs he not his fault again. Then makes a big production of throwing out the fries in front of me. He proceeds to turn back on me til I ask the owner & he informs he is on vacation and if I didn't like it I could eat somewhere else. I call the homer glen location spoke Izzy, who very polite took my information and said she would forward to owner . Still waiting a response
First time back after covid for some beef ribs. Much to dismay of my taste bud it was canned from the menu. OMG! So, beef brisket it was and a hamburger. Brisket was good but size shrunk, fries good but hamburger dry (disappointing). Nutella shake was good. Total was shy of $28, pricey.

Just stopped in after dentist and was recommended the chicken sandwich. It was huge, cooked perfectly very moist and delicious and definitely a winner. I'll be back to try the other items. Ladies at cou ter were very nice and courteous and brang food to me. Thumbs up

Tried this place for the first time. Ribs were old, didn't taste good and had no flavor. Their bbq sauce is just high fructose corn syrup and liquid smoke, mashed potatoes were butter flavored glue, mac and cheese was like a child made it. Brisket was a strange dark color but didn't taste bad. This place is really gross. Eat here if you hate yourself.
