Bad business practices, low-quality food. Pricing online is NOT what they charge you. They will charge you more than what the menu pricing indicates. When you call to ask to place an order for pickup, ask for the price as it'll be much higher than the menu pricing online. I found I was also charged for items that the menu did not specify there would be an additional charge. Moreover, I didn't want any cheese on my omelet, they put Kraft singles on it anyway.
