Always a wonderful experience at the Homer Glen location! Food is always fresh at lunchtime! And it really made my day when the polite lady in the window handed me my food, service with a big smile ?. Definitely a good location for the Wendy’s brand, patient and proactive staff!

I went here at about 8pm through the drive thru, my food took about three minutes. Fast service, but the food was not very tasty. The fries were over salted your lips start burning if you tried to eat a fry. It’s like drinking ocean water but x4. The burger was cold and didn’t have much taste. Employees aren’t very professional.

parking lot is very small so when there's a line, THERE IS A LINE? not complaining just saying. and if you were wondering if they use real food- yes they use real food, found a bit of eggshell in my eggs but i laughed cuz that's happened to all of us making eggs at home at some point. the only thing i can complain about is sometimes they over fill your drink and they hate it when you ask them to poor some out so you dont spill in your car, they really love to fill it to the brim here so im not fond of that but the people are great.

The staff is efficient and friendly they just have a habit of forgetting things. They ask you to donate to their charity to get a free frosty book or a Keychain but forget to put them in the bag.

There was nobody in the restaurant and one car in the drive thru, and the wait was still over 20 minutes. You would think all the food would be piping hot, WRONG !!! Cheeseburger, fries, and chicken nuggets were warm but nowhere near hot. Also, I donated a dollar for charity and had to ask for my coupons before pulling away from the drive-thru. Personally, I refuse to frequent this location because it's so bad and was only doing a favor for someone who really wanted Wendy's. Bottom line, there's some really great Wendy's out there, Unfortunately, this isn't one of them.

Quick service. Good Wendy's. Lowered rating after going 9/8 and the cashier rang my order up wrong, gave me my food, I said the order was wrong and I was told essentially 'tough luck, I charged you for that.' Terrible service. I literally paid the same price for 1/2 the food, and incorrect food,, because the cashier is a moron and wouldn't remedy the problem.

If you enjoy spice, I highly recommend the Ghost Pepper ? Chicken ? sandwich ? because it is delicious.Kid-friendliness: There were a few families after we arrived and everyone seemed well behaved and the workers were professional and courteous.
