I ordered some food. I was given old food.
I reported it to the manager. He replaced it with fresh, hot food, free of charge.
"Just can't get good help nowadays", was the manager's response. He's right.
At least he is trying...
Always decent food, cooked fresh
We don't usually dine-in, but today's experience was great and the kids wanted me to send in a review. The man who took our order (receipt says 'Yankiel', but I know that may not be who this was) was so kind and polite to my kids regarding their order and specifically their frosties. It's a simple thing to be kind and accommodating and Yankiel's(?) extra effort to engage with my kids made a small memory for them. Little actions like this matter.
