For cheeseburgers got home no cheese !
No onions put onions it gets worse what happened to this restaurant bad …….

The burgers were very hot. They were delicious and done in the traditional way. Took my order quickly and received my food in a very timely manner. The 2 associates I had contact with were helpful and very pleasant. Highly recommend this White Castle location.

We'll if you want what you didn't order. Watch the guy pick up the French fries that came out of the container, fell on the food counter, picked them up with his bare hand, and put them back into a container. Hand me my tray, and tell me the counter is clean. Makes me want to throw up. There are so many things wrong here. The lady in front of me got the wrong order as well. A guy came in who was in the drive thru got the wrong thing. Had to come back. And the wrong order I got, I ordered the original #1. No cheese. On my tray 4 cheese sliders. She wasn't happy about it. And then opens them, puts two together to make a double. It went to somebody at the drive thru. I had seen enough. Got my money back. Discussing.

This was our 1st visit to Homer Glen,but our 10th yr celebrating with White Castle. In the past we have gone to Orland Park. Both locations are awesome, but we've decided Homer Glen will be our new location. Our hostess was so sweet and took us to our table immediately. And our server was awesome. He smiled the whole time we were there. When the onion rings had to go back to the kitchen, he apologized several times. We will see ya next yr for Valentines, and when I get my crave for some sliders!!!!

Sitting in drive thru as I write this. Been waiting 22 minutes for 5 burgers. Tempted to leave. Lol. Not coming back to this location ever.
Man this place shorts me a burger or two or some fries EVERY SINGLE time I swing thru

Tried to order through drive through. Told me to hold on, waited 4 mins, nobody took my order. One guy behind me, drove around and pulled up to first the window all passed off.
Literally been in drive thru 15 minutes had to back up go forward in drive thru for a simple order unbelievable i never wrote to coperate i dont do that ever i will today

Almost every time I stop here in the morning their hours say open online and they are not open and I end up going to work hungry this has happened way more than once and I'm fed up with it I'm about to take my money elsewhere

Do yall ever open when yall are supposed to be open???? It’s 7:20 and yall are hiding in the back room with the lights off. This has been an ongoing issue for FOUR YEARS. This is 143rd street in Homer glen. Take the sign down if you’re not gonna open at the right time!
