69 Prime Italian Steakhouse Reviews
The food was delicious. It was sad to find out we could only have one check. Difficult to figure out who owed what with taxes and sur charges
This is a beautiful and upscale restaurant in downtown Homewood. The ambiance and the food was good. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating.
I was a little turned off by the unsecured table that caused a drink to be wasted, failure to clean the floor, and me having to ask for the table to be cleaned. Service recovery took place and the waitress did a solid job with ensuring the rest of the night was superb.
For that I still rate this 5 π stars.

69 Prime Italian Steakhouse is a beautiful and upscale restaurant in downtown Homewood. The ambiance and the food was good. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The food was great, wine was great, and hand crafted cocktails, entrees and desserts were all top notch. Service was excellent, with friendly, attentive, knowledgeable servers who explained the menu and answered questions without making guests feel rushed. When asparagus wasnβt cooked to liking, it was fixed with no problem. The manager went above and beyond to make sure the customer was treated well. The general mgr was extremely personable, gave a tour and history of the hotel and restaurant. It was overpriced but good. A guest suggested stopping adding cheese or cream sauce to everything, as some are lactose intolerant but still want to enjoy a great dining experience. Another noted an unsecured table caused a drink to be wasted, the floor was not cleaned, and the table had to be asked to be cleaned, but service recovery took place and the waitress did a solid job ensuring the rest of the night was superb. For a fine dining restaurant, guest expectations would be that certain precautions are taken before guest are seated. Highly recommended, and guests will be returning for celebrations.
