HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The General manager was extremely rude then when it was time for my food to come out my food was cold and my friends food was hot. He showed favoritism toward my friend and declined my id when it was valid

I give this location a 5 star rating for the great hospitality alone. When I came in I received warm welcome by one of the managers Bri. It was kind of rocky when one of the servers got my order wrong, the manager Bri came and fixed my order. She was very polite and kind. Thanks for the great hospitality.

It’s smells like mildew as soon as you enter the establishment I just assumed it was a dirty mop that was used. After sitting for almost 20 minutes after calling in to place my order 30 minutes prior I’ve realized that my assumption wasn’t just an assumption. The manager on duty as of now 10/22/25 @ 12:25pm doesn’t even need the manger position if she can’t handle stress nor becomes overwhelmed easily. It is LUNCH HOUR! now I have to wait until I get off at 3pm to grab lunch because I just spent my whole entire lunch break for a meal I don’t even have! I am livid!!!!!!!!!

Went for their happy hour. Normally regular Long Islands are $4 during happy hour. No not the blue one, a regular LI. However they were $10 each here during happy hour! Go to Tinley Park!!!!! They’re $4 each there between 3-6pm. They over charge and the two men that seem to be managers are terrible. One chases a waitress while trying to hold her hand give weirdo vibes. Just work and do your lovey dovey shit when the shift ends or your off days. He was so concerned about her that he didn’t host or greet us properly. Stay away from

We placed an order for 35 regular wings — 10 lemon pepper, 10 hot, and 15 salt & vinegar. The salt & vinegar wings came out completely plain with absolutely no seasoning. We ate a few before realizing the mistake and sent the rest back to be corrected. Instead of bringing out a fresh batch or making it right, they only replaced the few we hadn’t touched, with no apology or gesture for the error.

On top of that, when we looked at the receipt, we saw they actually charged us extra for the remade wings. We’re not looking for anything free — just basic accountability and decent customer service. Unfortunately, none of that happened here. It came across as careless and cheap, which is disappointing for the Buffalo Wild Wings in Homewood.

Keep It Cute

I'll start with the lunch deals: They have great selections for a great price. My meal was $15!
I got the spicy chicken dippers with fries, and a drink. They were good but nothing special at all. The service: the servers were nice but it took so long for my table to get food and we didn't receive our meal at the same time. Also, I asked for carrots and celery but never received them. But it took so long that I didn't want to wait any longer. (About 40 minutes) And there were only 3 or 4 other people there.
