Harold's Chicken of Homewood

I keep ending up with feathers on my chicken. My only complaint!! Can someone PLEASE address this matter?!!

This is the best Harolds Chicken & Bar-B-Q to me! I usually try to go to the one in Dyer, but sometimes the food there isn’t consistent. The Homewood location always comes through,the food is tasty every time and they don’t skimp on the sauce.

The only downside is the wait time, but honestly, the flavor makes it worth it.

I’ve had Harold’s for years from many if the stores, but this one is the best. I mean even the fries are EXTRA GREAT, perfectly crispy but still fluffy inside. It’s nice to know somebody still cares about what they serve. Going forward, THIS is my spot for chicken !

I ordered on app. It yold me to pick up in 45 minutes. When i picked it up it was cold. I asked for lemon pepper on the fries and there was nothing.

Waitied over a hour and chicken wings wasn’t fried hard as requested and they didn’t put barely any sauce on my wings I suggest going to the Harold’s in Dyer, IN I’ve never had this experience with them!

Had to have cash because machine was down. She said go to a cash station WTH no drinks available also no way to wash or use sanitizer because they don’t have any but yet they have a place where you can sit down and eat. Confused when I asked her.anyway I can wash my hands to eat here for lunch.

Don’t like complaining because we all have off days! 1st great thing is the app is back!
2nd, I never received a notice that order was ready, but it was ready when I arrived. Wasn’t bagged well and didn't follow my online instructions (bread on top, extra side sauce, etc). Tasted pretty good, but not Homewood Harold’s best! (Seemed like different management). Still coming back, because as I stated…we all have off days!
