Won't order from this location anymore. Real disappointed last couple times ordered from here. Ordered ahead of time and the results: Lack of service, preparation and quality.

It took damn near 45 mins for 6 wings……. Cash only at the time, and just super duper slow!!! As long as I, and some of the other customers waited, complimentary beverages or something should had been offered. I don’t know if their under new management, but I’d opt for another service next time.

I ordered 12 wings / fries ( they did not give us our fries) and the chicken was old & cold.. My fish was cold as well as my fries. Very disappointed!

So unprofessional. Cashier arguing back and forth with customer. Waited for 40 minutes for dark meat. Had they advised how long it would take I wouldn’t have ordered. They don’t return your money. Really. First and last time.

Food is always amazing, they could improve the customer service. A nice attitude and good manners go along way.

I have been going to this location for two years and I am not sure if they are under new ownership but the last two times I went...my catfish was tiny as if it were a kid's meal. This just happened to me yesterday as well. I paid $9.50 for catfish meal and this is what they gave me. You have got to be kidding me. I absolutely did not get my money's worth and likely will be going to another location.

First time having Harolds in twenty years. Guy at the front was very kind. Took great care of me but the wait was long. The Taffy Grapes 🍇 ..... Fire 🔥

I ordered at the counter 6pc chicken dinner, and waited 45 minutes. And kept being told my order was coming up soon. But not only was I waiting a long time other people already inside before me, that placed orders were still waiting. My 1st time @ this location & I will never visit again, this place only cateres to online/phone orders first. It was ridiculous, I even asked for my money back, they stalled & apologize, I kept hearing your order will be up in a minute. Finally I got my order, it was hot but I was so over it, extremely disappointed. I should of went to Brown's chicken down the street. Don't go inside placing an order expecting to receive food in a reasonable time, cause it ain't gonna happen.

This place NEVER has their orders ready. I can order food, wait an hour, come here and they'll STILL say there's a 10 minute wait and I'll end up actually waiting closer to 20 minutes. And they're never even busy. Food is decent but it's not worth the wait & the blatant lies about when the orders will be ready. I'm currently canceling my order because of all this.
