Not so KFC anywhere near me
It is never a delivery driver's job to prepare drinks. Ever. This is one of those restaurants that still hands us the cups expecting us to do their jobs and for free. When I told him it wasn't my job, he said that there are only two people working here and I said that is not my problem and that doesn't make it my job. He then told me that I will have to wait a little longer then. I said that's fine. I came here to wait for the order to be prepared if there is a wait so that I can deliver it and that's what I'm here to do.
The manager should instruct their employees better and help them to understand it is NEVER our job to do the drinks.
Again, we come here to do our job and not your job.
Editing this to add what that boy did after I told him I would not do his job. He prepared the food and handed me the food but would not complete the drinks. He went on to start completing other orders because he wanted to have a power struggle. I was not going to let him make me wait an exceptional long time just because he had a point he wanted to prove. So, I took the food that he gave me and left. For the record, when this happened before in the past, I called Uber and I told Uber that the restaurant would not prepare the drinks, that they expected me to prepare the drinks when it's not my job and Uber told me to just deliver the food without the drinks and that is what I did today.
For the sake of the customers, the restaurant should be willing to do their jobs and not create a hassle.
I'm not letting an immature boy intentionally waste my time.
Let it be understood once and for all that even though a customer would fulfill their own drink, that does not mean it's a delivery driver's job to fulfill a customer's drink. Food preparation and drink preparation is not the responsibility of a delivery driver. Our job is to pick up the food and drink(s) and deliver them. It is always the restaurants job to prepare the food and drinks except in the case that the customer prepares the drink. Everyone needs to get their own roles straight and stop expecting other people to do their jobs.

If I could give no stars I would. Both the manager and the cashier were both rude and dismissive. Interrupting us while we were ordering and just gave us what they wanted. I’ve been here a few times and none of the experiences were great but this will be my last visit to this location.

The worst location I have ever seen in my life, please do not come back to this location. First of all the lady in the Drive-Thru tried to charge us a different price when there was an eight piece chicken dinner for 1099$, and she tried to charge me 20$ I had to tell her. Very unprofessional as ever, and this location is in Homewood??? Fiod was cold, and they only had original chicken. Woooow terrible service and food. Please do something about this soon. Every reverie day the same thing.

Food was editable but was cold due to the wait time in drive thru! Ordered via mobile 20mins in advance and picked up when arrivial time stated, but still had to wait in parking lot for an additional 15+mins!

Went to the drive-thru and asked for a three-piece white meat crispy chicken. The worker smacked her lips and said they didn't want to make it because it would take 15 minutes. So rude and unprofessional! Who hires these people? They should close this location. Service hasn't been the same for six years. Never coming back.

I was there on 10/19/24 @ 6:45pm. The people working were not helpful, telling me to read the menu behind them while rushing me to order, SMH...I finally settled on the 6pc. meal w/4 sides for $20...1st thing, they have no wings, even for the 4pc. wing, they never have wings when I go there, I should've known....anyway...I get home and this chicken was so SALTY and I mean SALTY, my husband nor I could eat it...this morning I took all that batter off hoping that would help. Not good experiences at this KFC...they used to be good. This is the worse KFC that I have been too. I WILL NEVER, EVER go to this KFC again....Hire some different people, their attitudes SUCK!

PThe food is super cold, the potatoes are very cold and old, terrible service. From the girl who tends in the box, look, she looked at me badly, I rolled my eyes when I asked her to please give me some fresh potatoes, what a terrible service, I don't recommend them at all!

Irene should be an owner or a corporate level trainer. She is a master of her field. During my visit, she up sold and switched multiple customers maximizing their desires for food. She knows the process and the menu. She is patient and extremely kind.
I regret not being in a position to poach her from your company. Amazing worker, and the whole staff is efficient.

Just stopped at this location at 10:40am she said we are still closed. Please come back in 8 minutes. Please change business hours for these type of inconvenience.
When I asked for a receipt. She just said "no" and gave me the food. After I got my food she immediately closed the window. She told me my food was $31 but only after I left did I see I was charged $37.
She also never gave me a receipt so I can't even get my money back. The food was decent but that entire interaction felt like a scam. I won't be eating at this location anymore.
