Everybody was so rude in the morning, I just came off a long 12 hours and for them to be up so early in the morning with attitudes is ridiculous. Sometimes it’s the way you say things to people that can really make somebody’s day. Even when I spoke to the manager, he had no customer service skills, no smile or apology. He just backed up whatever the crew was saying without even trying to resolve the issue and make a happy customer. They need more training. Terrible
Poor service and RUDE! I’m a truck driver was being unloaded across the street. Sign on door says dining open at 7, it was 640am. Door was open, so I stand up front being ignored for 5 minutes. To be told dining room is closed . Ok I get it I’ll wait 15 minutes outside. 7 am comes doors not unlocked, another worker shows up ( is only way I got in building) . Meanwhile the girl working drivethru continues to ignore me again. Finally able to order, place food in counter walks...read full review
This McDonald's has broken beer bottles in their driveway. I brought it up to the manager and his response was, "I'll call the cops" really? so your manager cares so little about your property he wouldn't even hear my concern before he said he was gonna call the cops. GO AHEAD... it was a miller light bottle so maybe you should be looking for that business if you are open that late.
