Love the burgers.
Evening drive-thru, food was hot, fresh and delicious. Friendly suggestion that leadership may work to improve employees soft skills. Simply greeting and thanking the customer, a small but impactful gesture. But overall, we were very pleased with the food.
I stopped by Burger King recently, and I have to say this visit stood out in the best way. Dominique took my order, and from start to finish she made the entire experience smooth, fast, and genuinely enjoyable. She got my order exactly right, moved with impressive speed, and still managed to treat every customer—including me—with real compassion and patience.
