Went to this establishment last night not feeling good at all and went through the drive thru and waited a while for my food. When I got my food I went back to my hotel my order was completely wrong. I called and spoke to Necole the Assistant general manager of this location and she stated she was completely sorry and that if I come back she will make it right. long behold I returned today and spoke to her in person and she was nothing but nice and gave me the correct order plus some can’t thank her enough.

Keep It Cute

First, I'd like to compliment the customer service. The staff there are helpful, patient, and considerate. Some of the best service I've seen in a long time. The place was packed. The food: Asian sesame chicken salad with a vinaigrette dressing. It comes with a choice of apple, chips, or baguette. Light, refreshing, and flavorful. The wontons added a great crunch and texture to the salad. 10's across the board for me.

I have always had iffy service there. But most recent experience has me never wanted to go back. The communication was non existent and the food was cold after waiting 20 minutes for no food delivery to my car after they told me someone would come out and bring me my food. Do better

Panera Bread is lying to the system, by having people move their vehicle prior to picking up their food to satisfy their [times] as if they're serving their customers fast. That's a bold face lie.5 minute wait wasn't bad but why lie? Lastly, the salads use to be very full for $15.31, but if you don't want tomatoes or onions their salads are a bit less for your money paid out. That's not fair. It's time for me to get busy in making my own salads.
