I went into the restaurant placed the order. My food was horrible. My shrimp was very old. They were also small shrimp and not jumbo. I called back to speak to the manager. I never got a chance to address. My concerns left my number and the manager never called me back. The customer service there is unbelievable.

Came in here July 1st with my daughter paid with my card and I put 0 on the tip line due to the fact I gave the server cash tip which was $10 dollars. The next day I look at my back statement it was an extra $6 dollars charged on my card. I went back talk to the manger he look lost and said there was nothing he could do. If you go here do not use a credit card use cash but I will not be coming back they are in there committing fraud. I will be contacting the better business bureau

Worst experience ever the lady took my food and was suppose to bag it up and never came back with my food then wen I ask her about the food she acted clueless like she den threw my food out . I ask the manger can he remake the food because I haven’t eaten Anything and he told me no he wouldn’t even give me some of my money back from the meal when he knew the waitress was in the wrong not listening and also moving to fast .

Got here at 8:45pm, an entire hour and 15 minutes before they closed and was turned away, the man said he couldn’t sit anyone else down even though there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. We had a party of 6 so we were prepared to spend a whole lot of money, and we were celebrating my bonus babies graduation and he saw they had on cap & gowns and he still turned us away. Smh, just lazy. Never have I ever been turned away from a restaurant over an hour before they close. Oh well, I see the reviews so I guess I’m glad I didn’t spend my money here. Won’t ever return, now Bone Fish Grill or Chilis is going to get my money.

I had to go to work in a few minutes so I didn't want anything heavy. They don't have soup for light eating but the fried shrimp appetizer was good. Everyone else enjoyed their food. Short wait for food

Just had my first time here yesterday and my first seafood boil. This place is a hidden gem! I have never had seafood so delicious! The place was clean, the staff was friendly and the waitress was knowledgeable. Food came out fast and was fresh. I throughly enjoyed my experience. They can fit a lot of people but it wasn't many folks there for a Friday evening. Hope this place sticks around for awhile and more folks hear about how good they are.
