Food was Excellent and definitely worth the price, however 15% gratuity no matter the party size is unheard of. Wife n I wanted to sit and have some drinks after our meal but we refused because of thr automatic gratuity. Will definitely eat from their again, we will just get ours to go!

The Saucy crab is delicious and I love going there!
Good deals and service is kind and very ready. Every time I have gone, there have always been families there with children, so it seems family friendly

The establishment was clean. The service was so so due to there being a lot of stipulations like you can't split a check, they take 15% gratuity automatically,no return or refund if u don't like the food, blah blah blah. But it's kid friendly, lots of space and seating. The food was good but I've had better

Manager and server had a horrible attitude. I sent my sisters (21+) in to get a table while on FaceTime. I witnessed him put his fingers in their faces and yell. When I arrived they were completely empty on a weekend which says a lot. I was confused on why he claimed he didn’t have time to deal with “these people”. As an African American woman I refuse to spend money where I’m treated this way. Just a lot of unwarranted hatred towards us.

If you want more bag than food in your crab boil then this is the perfect spot. Not worth the price nor the hype. They need better customer service and better cooks. Maybe today was a bad day not sure but I ordered to go inside and they had it ready in 9 mins. From the looks and taste they just boil the food don’t clean it , toss a jar of butter and added whatever seasonings was in arms reach that’s it. My crab legs were missing pieces not sure if they ate some before bagging my food up. My 3rd time indulging again and they failed me each and every time. Will not be back. Save your money and time.

I spent $300 plus and this food was disappointing. The gator was all breading as well as the calamari. The $47 bags was flavorless even with all seasoning. I ordered more seasoning and was given more sauce and still had to pay for it and didn’t even open it. I was so disappointed I just packed it up and paid. My waitress was very attentive so I did tip her well for her service. I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star if I didn’t have to..

We arrived a hour and a half BEFORE CLOSE and was told we could not dine in because they were short of staff however, people were taken before us!

Food was great but we got accused of stealing a $2 crab cracker. I have honestly never been so insulted in my life. Bring your own crab crackers in the future, apparently.

Waitress was very rude… she smacked her lips when I asked for a to go cup of water.. all the food was warm and tastes like it was from the day before. 0/10 I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND. The sauce is terrible. I WOULD EAT AT ANY SEAFOOD RESTAURANT BUT THEIRS…
