We had our first and LAST visit on Friday. Between the burnt cookies we were sold, the inability for the manager to do anything helpful (give us money back, issue gift card, problem solve any other solutions, contact her manager, etc.), the manager telling us she made the cookies last week 😳, and the sandwich being inedible because the spilled jalapeños juice on it, when I asked for no jalapeños. Not a good impression and definitely won’t be back.
