awful service! the woman had such a nasty attitude! we ordered just under 20 bucks worth of stuff and paid with a $50. she said I can't take this, I won't have change. very rudely. we said that's all we have, I said the bill is 20 bucks you don't have a twenty and a ten? she kept saying it over and over while holding the money. finally we said are you going to take it or not? she turned and yelled at the girl making our stuff and asked if she already made the food. she was going do turn us away! over a $50 bill.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DUNKIN!!!!! One of the worst customer service ever, whenever ive asked for anything they have some of worst attitudes ever. I asked for a chai w cookie butter cold foam and i got just straight up milk and some crumbles of cookies, so

Wanted to rate it zero or negative number but not option for that!!! Went this morning 5:07am order coffee and a plain bagelToasted with veggies cream cheese. Opened bagel when I got to work it was burnt and hard as a rock!!! Absolutely inedible. Tried calling to voice my complaint, and it took 4 calls before they answered the phone. Indian lady answered I told her my complaint and was told "OUR TOASTER IS BROKEN AND BAGEL IS OLD SO IT GETS HARD QUICKLY" she repeated several times that their toaster was broken. I told her I wasn't interested in the problem only that I wanted my order voided because it was in edible and I was not going to pay for something that I couldn't eat. She again told me that the bagel was old and that's why it got hard and then if I come back tomorrow, she'll give me a new bagel and cream cheese. I told her I absolutely would not be back there and I wanted my money back and after she kept ranting and ranting about how I had to come back I hung up on her. We're Dunkin' Donuts on the planet save your money and go elsewhere because you will not get what you pay for.

I don't appreciate the girl working the drive up talking about her personal issues when there a customer that can hear everything. Also did not get a pleasant greeting. In fact no words were spoken to me at all. She was too hung up in her private conversation to acknowledge me.

This place will put nasty slimy black plastics in your coffee. Then if you try and ask for them to fix the problem and remake your coffee, they will scream in your face, accuse you of lying, and never give you any coffee or a refund. This was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had.I was not treated with any sort of respect or kindness. It’s not like my coffee from here is usually good and I try to avoid it, but now I will never come here again. I don’t reccomend coming here for your coffee unless you want to drink toxic plastics and get harassed by the employees.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My friends and I found black plastic things in our drinks. super unsafe. we told the managers, just to let them know that their coffee is unsafe. All the managers did was yell in my friends and I faces. They do not care about their customers one bit.

This is the worst dunkin I’ve ever visited. I found pieces of the plastic bag in my coffee and when I visited the Dunkin the employees were extremely rude and yelled at me for asking for free coffee after drinking a contaminated coffee. The customer service was terrible, they always forget parts of my order, and my coffee never tastes quite right. I wouldn’t recommend ever going here unless you want to drink plastic and get yelled at
