Wanted to rate it zero or negative number but not option for that!!! Went this morning 5:07am order coffee and a plain bagelToasted with veggies cream cheese. Opened bagel when I got to work it was burnt and hard as a rock!!! Absolutely inedible. Tried calling to voice my complaint, and it took 4 calls before they answered the phone. Indian lady answered I told her my complaint and was told "OUR TOASTER IS BROKEN AND BAGEL IS OLD SO IT GETS HARD QUICKLY" she repeated several times...read full review
