Tried ordering on the Popeyes app and the delivery is provided by Doordash, however when our driver got to Popeyes they couldn’t find our order, eventually got a new driver, then cancelled our order. We waited over an hour for all of this to occur. The first driver we had was texting saying they were speaking with the manager trying to find the order and they said they think the manager was on something. Absolutely garbage service from Popeyes. Today the Order taker (drive up) was rude, and short with us when ordering, and the got the order wrong!!!!! Not ever going to that new store in Huntley!!!!! Bad Service!!!!!
It took a while for the employee to understand my drive thru order (just 2 meals, very simple we just wanted 3 legs total). Because it took so long to understand the order, they sold the last legs to inside customers. So it was going to take 15 minutes for legs. Really disappointing because my son really wanted Popeyes chicken.
