“I came in earlier today before work to get some chicken I wanted something cheap. The guy at the window accidentally charged my card for a different order. It wasn’t a big deal to me at all I mean things happen I wasn’t mad it was an honest mistake. The manger gave me a refund and a discount on my food. That is some excellent customer service! As someone who used to work in the food industry I’m so much more likely to go to Popeyes now after this interaction! Thank you guys !“
