My Italian wife and her family can cook... Im ok giving them a break and ordering from this place anytime.... We've catered 3-4 time and have always been satisfied. We might even order our Xmas dinner from capri this year!!! The food is excellent. Nothing but the best!

We have been ordering from here since the beginning and always had a good experience. The staff taking the orders were always abrupt but knew what they were doing. Whoever, the new person is working taking orders is clueless. Every time we call she says there is an issue with her computer and puts us on hold multiple times for several minutes at a time. The worst part is she has no clue about Capris actual menu. Doesn't know items that are on the menu when you attempt to order it. Forget about making any changes to any dishes she will say I do not know how to do that or we do not do that even though we have ordered the same items for years. We have finally given up after being frustrated with this since our last pick up order was completely messed up. Will never order again and we have heard this from multiple people who have been having this same issue lately. Fix the problem!

Eat here quite often. Salads are becoming more and more worthless. The small salad with 1 cherry tomato cut in half and nothing else in a tiny plastic container should just be eliminated. Today the chicken parmigiana was overcooked and blackened with side penne pasta was dry and unappetizing. Really disappointed for $60.

Total rip off. Their vodka rigatoni costs $5 more than Capri Express and it’s a smaller portion. The ticket price is also different from what they charge you. Super disappointed. $26 for rigatoni with no meat, is crazy. I meant to order from Capri Express but ordered from here by accident .

I have never been disappointed ordering from here. I’ve ordered over 100 times and we have never had an issue with getting the correct items. Great food. Everyone is always very friendly. It’s a to go shop. Some of the reviews are from the sports bar two doors down.

Good 17" Calabrese pan pizza just make sure to tell them well done and don't be stingy with the sausage

I was very unhappy with my lasagna. It was dry and rubbery. I called the same day to let the manager know and she said they would give me another meal. When I called to place an order she said I had to order another lasagna. She would not give me something else, because it's against their policy and she would have to pay for it out of her pocket. Seriously!!!???Wow, I can't believe it! Goodbye Capri!

The quality of the food and its preparation and delivery almost meet but can't compete to the restaurant experience.

Ordered Veal, received chicken. Check your order. Everything else was well prepared if lonely in the carryout containers. Entrees did not include vegetable. House salad was very small. Two sides of pasta came with four entrees.

Here for work and not too familiar with the area. Stopped here for lunch and asked for a dish of chicken with veggies. Usually not a big fan takeout/to-go packed meals but let me tell you...I opened it and finished it in the parking lot before I left back to work. Phenomenal. Staff were incredibly nice as well.

They recently bought the driftwood sports bar next door. I hear the food is good. If you can get an order in. The music was fantastic. But you need to go around the corner to the liquor store or Wolfshead bar to get a drink because the bartender here is absolutely useless. I waited 22 minutes and still didn’t get a beer. I left. My second time trying this place out because of the music. My second disappointment #neveragain

They took over the driftwood restaurant. Worst bartender I've ever encountered. He completely ignored the whole bar I watched him go into the door of the kitchen as it doesn't actually have a closing door and change his shirt while food dishes were coming out. I watched him on his phone then take an apparent cigarette or other smoke break 22 minutes in he finally came out after tucking his shirt in bare-handed. I finally got his attention. Told him I waited 22 minutes. As he knew. He looked me dead in the eyes when i first got there and blatantly ignored me I asked for a blue moon. He walked away without a word and started to pour. It was an empty tank. He then walked away to apparently change the tank. Numerous folks tried getting service from him. He completely ignored us all. I left and went to Wolfshead around the corner. Got my beer in two minutes with a smile

I had a horrible experience at 6934 Wolf Road, Indian Head Park, IL. No that it matters, but I'm a black female. I walked into the location and the owner or manager asked me to wait while she took a personal call. I patiently agreed and waited about 10 minutes. A white male walked in and she immediately cleared her call and asked to help him. She took his order and I could not believe she totally ignored me as though I didn't exist and I was there first, patiently waiting. I stood there stunned and felt completely insulted. I couldn't believe what had just happened so I walked out. I don't know if the treatment was due to me being black, or what? I just know that it was extremely insulting and a horrible experience. I wish this experience on no one. However, someone needs to know what I experienced.Parking: NO.
