Management should provide additional help and training. for the servers/bartenders. Maria is the only bartender / server for the entire bar and restaurant. Too much for one person. Would like to know what documented training is provided for their Audio /Visual systems, and other expectations. Not all A/V/ systems are the same. Comments are negative about which TV stations should be assigned. That is Management's responsibility to train. Management is at fault. I love this restaurant if it is run the way it should.”

“I loved to food here, I found the place one TikTok I personally do recommend the food especially the shrimp burrito, ts was bomb ngl it was so good especially with the salsas that they have complimented it so well, I also recommend the tripa tacos I loved them and they didn’t over cook it nor undercooked it, overall the service was good and the staff was every kind, if you go here be ready to be mind blown with the food, I do say you have to go here with time because the food is freshly made.”

“My sister Shelly Nagy purchased tickets to a Sunday afternoon drag brunch to celebrate my birthday! Marco not only held the door open for his guests, but he was also very kind and generous! He offered 2nd helpings (my only regret is that I did not indulge on that offer). Our meal was plentiful, delicious and presented beautifully! The bartenders cocktails (garnished w/ fresh flowers!) are pure elegance and his customer service skills are excellent! The drag show was a blast! The music was a hit (inside and out) and the upscale atmosphere will always have me anxiously waiting to come back soon! The food was fresh and delicious, and the best part was that the chef Sergio sent us a dessert he had created that day. “I saw the Choula and Lime ad on social media and came into to have a Philly cheesesteak with that flavoring. Jack who was working during the freezing weather conditions let me know it was only used for a wings rub but said he could try to make it as a cheese steak by mixing butter instead! He was very friendly and accommodating, willing to go above and beyond to help me. They were also closing soon and I was going to take my meal to go but he insisted that my partner and i dined in so the food stayed warm. Absolutely made my night because I got exactly what I wanted and it was a delicious cheesesteak!”

Starting from the first day that we went to see The Elm we were treated with the upmost respect and professionalism. We had our ceremony in the Kensington room, and our reception in the Madison room. The atmosphere and vibe of both rooms was everything that we could hope for. The staff was incredible, the food/drinks were AMAZING, and our guests had nothing but positive feedback. “I first discovered Noon O Kabab in 2016 when I came to the city to do some work training. I had never had Persian food, but I was hooked immediately. There are so many amazing flavors and everything goes together so perfectly! I drive two hours north as often as I can to dine-in or pick-up. The staff are always incredibly friendly and accommodating. Tamara made our experience this time wonderful. She is an absolute joy! The pita bread served with fresh onion, little feta cubes and garlic cream sauce is to die for. We always get the hummus too. I highly recommend the beef koubideh with half and half dill and white rice. The portions are huge and price is very reasonable! We always have extra to take home and enjoy the next day as a special treat. The atmosphere is very classy and clean. If you haven’t been here you gotta go! Like now. RUN!!!! 😍😍😍”

“We dined at Topaz in August 2024 and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. We were seated in a comfortable booth. A special mention goes to our server, Sasa, who was incredibly attentive and provided great suggestions. He even surprised us with complimentary limoncellos, which were absolutely delicious. For appetizers, we had the grilled octopus and hummus—both prepared to perfection and bursting with flavor. For the main course, we chose the Dover sole and Amish chicken. These dishes were exceptional and stood out as some of the best we've ever had. The potatoes served with the sole were also a delightful surprise. Portions were generous, and the prices were quite reasonable considering the quality and quantity of the food. We highly recommend Topaz and will definitely be returning!”
