“Our family absolutely loves Bb's donuts! We do miss being able to go inside the donut shop. So many wonderful memories taking our little girl there to eat donuts and read a book or two. We have a little boy with Autism and it's not safe for him to sit in front by the busy street because he runs. While the food was delicious and the overall ambiance and decor of the restaurant was cozy, it was our server that made this dining experience over the top, great! HECTOR, you are a gem, a diamond! “I came here for dinner last week and it was nothing short of delicious. The dumplings are hand made and made fresh to order. You can tell the difference. I love they have the lunch special deal with boba and dumplings. What really stuck out to me were the noodle dishes. I absolutely loved the spicy seafood noodle dish! I've never had that in my life. I will definitely come back. Add this place to your list if you like authentic chinese food.”

“I grew up in Western Springs, in a house on the “other side of the tracks”. Almost every Sunday, my father and I would go to Kirschbaum’s for a dozen donuts. Those donuts were sooo good.”

“There were only menus on the front window and then by the register but other than that we ordered 12 different kind of bagels and hot tubs of cream cheese and everything was absolutely delicious!!”

“Quick friendly service to make sub sandwiches just the way you like them. Miss the $5 footlong that now cost $10 or more, but it still is a freshly made good quality sandwiche that fills you up. Place is kept nice and clean with easy to read menu on the wall. Good location near LTHS South Campus so you always see students and staff from school at this location.

Starting from the first day that we went to see The Elm we were treated with the upmost respect and professionalism. We had our ceremony in the Kensington room, and our reception in the Madison room. The atmosphere and vibe of both rooms was everything that we could hope for. The staff was incredible, the food/drinks were AMAZING, and our guests had nothing but positive feedback. “We disregarded the last post by Rosario and gave this local place a shot. We are glad we did not listen to Rosario, the food is exceptional. This place is BYOB so we brought tequila and ordered a pitcher of a maracuya and mixed it with the tequila we brought. The cocktail was really good. We found a new drink for the summer heat months. We have tried a couple of other Peruvian restaurants in the past, but this one is an outstanding value for the quality of food. You have to try this place.”
